I recently had Arizona Foundation Solutions repair the foundation on my elderly father's property in Sun Lakes and was very pleased with the level of expertise, communication, and friendliness of the staff and technicians. The first phase was installing piles on the (zero lot line) side of the home. Lead technician David Ortiz took great care not to damage the neighbors landscaping or property during excavation and soil replacement by his crew. I was amazed that this all took place in one day. The second phase was some floor leveling using the poly level method, technicians Sara and Alex were a pleasure to work with and were very communicative and professional. I am very pleased with the results and must also mention the pleasure of working with the salesperson Brian Patrick. Brian was very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had before, during, and after the repairs. Thank you to staff of Arizona Foundation Solutions!

I'm a new home owner and i bought an OLD house. I called ramjack out when i spotted major cracking on my walls inside and out. From the start I was at ease, I knew what I was paying for would pay for itself in terms of stability and peace of mind. My questions were answered, ramjack was readily available to give any info i needed and they did exactly what they said they would do exactly when they said they would.

I wish every experience with a business could be like my experience with Jim of Concrete Repairman. House had stem wall foundation damage. After it was repaired, it looked brand new. My husband and I were impressed- amazed at how great it looked! Price was reasonable and work was completed as scheduled.
