My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. These guys did a fantastic job on our floors. We had a bad experience with a different company doing a terrible epoxy job on the floors 2 months prior but American Epoxy Arizona came out and saved the day. They have a great crew that always showed up on time and were very polite and professional while they were here.  They stripped the floors and did an outstanding job with the new epoxy coating. The job was finished on time and looks amazing. I can already tell it is very durable and I would highly recommend them.

I was looking at 6 different epoxy floor companies all ranging in price and I guess you could say quality, at least want sounded like what would or would not be quality. There were a couple way cheaper but they use epoxy you buy in the store, don’t diamond grind, prep or put protective top coats after they are done. It came down to two companies, Epoxy Arizona and 1 other. They both offered me the same exact product, same finish, same prep, same everything, but the other company was much more pricy. Maybe they didn’t do as many floors as first class. I talked to Eric several times and he never rushed me and answered all my questions and went over cleaning the floor even on first call. He was able to get me on the schedule very quick. His first guy came out to do the prep work. I was able to see the process and it was amazing. The guy worked with concrete for over 20 years. He paid very close attention to detail and sealed every crack and he perimeter of the garage. Later that day the next crew came in and laid the epoxy down and threw the chips. I did not see them do this, but when I came home it looked amazing. This morning they came out to finish the job with the protective top coat and it just turned out looking like a million dollar garage. They didn’t ask for a dollar until I was 100% satisfied with the project. There was a little hole in the epoxy after the first day in a crack, I didn’t mention it and after the second visit they had it filled! Worth every penny and would highly recommend this company

I had submitted an inquiry online because I am interested in replacing the flooring in my home and have no idea what the cost is, not even generally. It was my hope to have someone give me a ballpark and then come to my home for a quote. Tom Alan responded and left a voicemail. When I called him back he was unprofessional and dismissive and - it seemed - bothered by the call. First impression is critical for any business. Lost sale.

Scheduled an appointment, called and checked status before hand, no call no show. Won’t answer calls or emails. Voicemail is full. Won’t be calling them again.
