While researching epoxy floor covering contractors I made inquiries to several and Alan from AZ Polished Concrete was the only person to consistently answer my e-mails both during the week and on weekends. The work was performed last weekend and it turned out great! He showed up when he said he was going to and explained the procedure. We're very happy with the quality as well as the communication Alan provided throughout the process. I had this same product used at our home in ND on our garage floor. So when I wanted my patio done in AZ I asked the company in ND (EPIC) if the could find a company that used the same product. Galaxy came up and I game them a call! From that point on I have received outstanding service at a reasonable cost. Michelle came out and measured the patio area and shot me a price! I agreed and then Kari took over and set up a date. We had to reschedule because of weather and 4 days later my patio was done! The team of Emmanuel, Nacho and Jesse did an outstanding job and answered all my questions etc. The patio turned out beautiful and I am pleased with the quality of work.
One big reason for getting this product is the 15 year warrant.

We were remodeling our kitchen and had to call a concrete scanning service to locate the post tension cables before we cut the concrete. Safe2core was able to come out right away and did a wonderful job. They clearly marked the cables and even some pipes that we had. From the lady in the office to the technician that came out, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We felt bad that we had to cut the technicians artwork! Definitely would recommend Safe2core when scanning concrete is needed!

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
