Ryan Overcash was professional, genuine, and thorough. He was very intune to just what our personal goals, needs, and concerns were. He was so easy to work with and was very knowledgable. I was extremely hesitent to have a foundation inspector come because i have been warned by a couple contractors that foundation companies exploit non-issues for profit. He inspected my entire house, alongside the crack in the concrete subfloors i called about, and gave a thorough explanation of how the issue was only cosmetic. He also pointed out potential signs for bigger issues in areas i didnt know to look at or what to look for. I am a contractor and I recently needed some piers on a project. I worked with Tim Appell and he was awesome. He was fair and honest. In fact, I ended up calling one of your competitors who gave me a ridiculous high bid.
They wanted to charge me nearly $2,000 per pier, while you guys were significantly lower. Glad I ended up talking with Tim and completely ignoring the other company.
