We knew we had a corner of our house with lots of cracks, so we called Ram Jack to assess the problem. Tim M. came out, took pictures and talked to us about what needed to be done. He was very thorough and scheduled a team to come down to do a survey of the whole house. A week later Tim M. was back to go over the survey and explain what was going on. He made sure we understood exactly what was needed and what the timeline was to be. He was very easy to work with, and put our minds at ease that our home would be safe when the work was finished, as well as transferable to the next owners should we sell in the future.

James and his crew did an extraordinary job with our home in Scottsdale, Arizona. They were very professional and friendly. We had a project that we needed their help with and James (the owner) came out to inspect and assess the situation. When James and I came home from work, we took a look at the outside wall of our home, it seemed as though we didn’t have a hole in the wall at all. We were remodeling our kitchen and had to call a concrete scanning service to locate the post tension cables before we cut the concrete. Safe2core was able to come out right away and did a wonderful job. They clearly marked the cables and even some pipes that we had. From the lady in the office to the technician that came out, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We felt bad that we had to cut the technicians artwork! Definitely would recommend Safe2core when scanning concrete is needed!
