Brian Patrick, a Foundation Repair Specialist with Ram Jack of Arizona, arrived at my home in Chandler to assess a large crack in my home's exterior stucco wall. Brian arrived on time, wore Covid protective gear and performed a full inspection of the home both interior and exterior. He wrote up an inspection sheet and reviewed his findings with me in detail. I would give them 10 stars if I could :) Our HOA requested a revised drawing four different times before approving the project and Julian not only sent the revisions right away but he never gave me pushback and was very patient with our HOA. They started the work on the day they said and completed the project when they said they would. When the project was completed, Julian made sure I was satisfied with the finished project.

Our company just used Penhall for a last minute project to core some concrete and cut a square in a floor for a sump pump. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. From my initial call to the sales representative to dispatch, to the technicians that came out and performed the work. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, clean, and fast. James was excellent. He walked the entire house with me inside and out, looked at foundation cracks and interior and exterior wall cracks. He told me what was going on with my foundation and how to keep it from moving any further, recommended a water control plan and how to check for a potential water leak in one area.
He didn't try to sell me on any foundation repairs and didn't recommend any at this time. He's not a salesman, which I really appreciated. He didn't charge me anything for his time and significant experience and expertise.
I would use him again without hesitation for any foundation or concrete issues. He's the man.

I called Mel for a quote, he provided a prompt response and showed up on time. He knocked out the quote on site and had a contract to us within 2 days. His quote was a well below other contractor's. When they started the job they were on time and efficient. They always left the job clean and everything back in place. He has done a couple of jobs for us and we've been extremely pleased both times.

We needed a concrete company to do the first home in a project-development. We reached out to Metro Concrete in a pinch, as our prior contractor backed out. They not only stepped in to complete the job, but got done ahead of what we expected them too in a last min pinch.
