I recently had the pleasure of working with Epoxy Flooring Phoenix and I am extremely satisfied with the results. The actual installation process was quick and seamless. They paid close attention to detail and ensured that the epoxy was applied evenly and smoothly.

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. American Epoxy Arizona did a great job with my floor of my new workshop. My original plans were scrapped with some challenges with the fiber mesh in my concrete but Adam was able to adjust and give me an amazing full chip floor that will hold up to working on cars in my workshop. I'm happy that he took into consideration the things I had planned for the space. I love that it has texture but is smooth so that it will not be too slippery. I would definitely want him to do my house garage in the future and would recommend him for epoxy floors.

When I choose a company to do major concrete work on my home or offices I do my homework and suggest you do as well. Always choose a licensed and insured contractor. When making my selection I found this company to be using another companies ROC number. I have submitted this to contractor bored, the chamber of commerce and The BBB. Just doing my good deed for the day

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This company is really horrible. I have always heard stories about contractors/subcontractors doing bad work and then disappearing but I had never had it happen to me. I hired this company to remove old concrete from my porch and then to pour a new porch and some steps. The job was so poor I could not believe it. The aggregate was clearly visible on every step and the porch is a mess. I have tried to reach out to them several times but have never even got a response. I am happy that I did not pay them in full because I had to have my steps completely removed and redone. My porch is a different matter entirely. I am trying to find someone to fix all of the mistakes but it is hard. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and the state register. I would stay very far away from this company.

As a painting contractor, I referred Desert Coatings to one of my favorite General Contractors for a difficult car-wash epoxy application. If you can imagine the abuse those surfaces get, you can also imagine that if shortcuts were made, we would be seeing failure and have to honor stringent warranty contracts.

On shorter notice, out-of-town and in some difficult conditions, they completed on time for the mechanical installers, and trouble free. My client was very pleased, and that pleases me.

I really do not compare pricing as I believe the value is in the service and quality of product. That is the only reason I can not comment on price. As a contractor myself, I know that folks who shop on price alone... will likely learn their lesson soon enough.
