My wife and I moved to the area from Chicago recently. While researching epoxy floor covering contractors I made inquiries to several and Alan from AZ Polished Concrete was the only person to consistently answer my e-mails both during the week and on weekends. The work was performed last weekend and it turned out great! He showed up when he said he was going to and explained the procedure. We're very happy with the quality as well as the communication Alan provided throughout the process. I have a friend down the street that Alan is going to do work for and I'm going to recommend him to all my neighbors.

After our driveway got cracked and we needed to fix it, we hired The Scottsdale Concrete Company. They did what they promised, and it looks great!

James was professional and on time to view what I perceived as a foundation problem. He assessed the situation and suggested ways to alleviate a leak. not the best place to work

I found Galaxy on Facebook or should I say Galaxy found me...who knows. Either way I'm glad it happened. From beginning to end I felt like the whole process was seamless and easy. Franki knew I had a short window and made sure my garage could get done in time. I was thoroughly impressed with her business acumen and product knowledge. She wasn't shy to answer my questions and explain things I didn't understand. She left me feeling confident this was the company I should use.

The 2 fellas that came to do the work were clean, polite, and prepared. I liked the courtesy call before they showed up. They did a great job!

American epoxy was great to work with and did an amazing job !

We were remodeling our kitchen and had to call a concrete scanning service to locate the post tension cables before we cut the concrete. Safe2core was able to come out right away and did a wonderful job. They clearly marked the cables and even some pipes that we had. From the lady in the office to the technician that came out, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We felt bad that we had to cut the technicians artwork! Definitely would recommend Safe2core when scanning concrete is needed!

Great opportunity to advance yourself

I had submitted an inquiry online because I am interested in replacing the flooring in my home and have no idea what the cost is, not even generally. It was my hope to have someone give me a ballpark and then come to my home for a quote. Tom Alan responded and left a voicemail. When I called him back he was unprofessional and dismissive and - it seemed - bothered by the call. First impression is critical for any business. Lost sale.

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
