After inspection by one of AZFS's engineer staff, Chris returned and thoroughly reviewed the report and recommendations with us so that we could make a good decision as to how to proceed. No one wants to have to repair their foundation so we were not looking forward to the whole process of bidding and construction. But I can say that we had a positive experience with Ram Jack. We almost went with another company, but Tim Mavis promised Ram Jack could provide quality work at a better value and he delivered on that promise. The crew on the job led by Javier were professional and courteous. So, I would recommend Ram Jack for anyone needing foundation repair in the Phoenix area.

They need to have a serious talk with their employees about texting and driving and going the speed limit. Especially driving down 44th St. the morning of April 26th.

Scheduled an appointment, called and checked status before hand, no call no show. Won’t answer calls or emails. Voicemail is full. Won’t be calling them again.

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
