Best General Cleanup in Phoenix AZ

I called to have someone give me an estimate. I was told a technician would contact me, I was contacted within 5 min. From 4 three different companies and not one of them said they worked for this company.

I have three houses in Glendale. After many years, I noticed the concrete in my backyard patio was chipped and worn down in many places. I called this company and they came out the same day to give me an estimate. They were very professional and explained everything to me. I decided to go ahead with them and am so happy that I did! They did an amazing job on my concrete patio. It looks brand new! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs concrete work done

Knowing we had severe foundation issues, we contacted Arizona Foundation Solutions based on the recommendation of friends. Their recommendation was a good choice to follow, since we found Arizona Foundation to be an excellent company. They looked at our issues and gave us a detailed explanation of solutions, complete with measurements and identifying problem areas. They first installed a moisture control system. Their installers were on time and worked with us to place it in the least noticeable spot. Another crew came and repaired cracks in our floors. They were professional, fast, and even filled a few extra cracks that we had not been able to see. Finally, Barry Anderson and his pier installing crew put in two stabilizers for us. From the moment he arrived they were professional, explained everything, and amazingly, went from making a huge mess to leaving the area as neat and clean as they found it -- and that was after digging two large holes! Barry made sure the mess and impact on us was as minimal as possible and took the time to answer all of my questions. In addition, his entire crew was polite and friendly. Although foundation repair is an expensive issue, I feel Arizona Foundation Solutions definitely gave us our money's worth.

Nick came to survey our foundation and he was very respectful of our home and had a positive attitude.

They need to have a serious talk with their employees about texting and driving and going the speed limit. Especially driving down 44th St. the morning of April 26th.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Driver cleaned his chute in the street when we told him to use our trailer. Burned us with the inspector and left us to clean up his mess.

Scheduled an appointment, called and checked status before hand, no call no show. Won’t answer calls or emails. Voicemail is full. Won’t be calling them again.

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
