Called to have water damage to painted surfaces near the foundation inspected. I thought there might be damage to the foundation. James immediately saw the problem was that the roof needed rain gutters to send water away from the house. Gave me some great advice which did not involve extensive foundation repairs. He didn’t want to just patch it with a band aid before addressing the source of the problem. Great service!

They installed epoxy flooring in the kitchen of our Phoenix restaurant. It has held up extremely well against spills and heavy foot traffic. Also provides added safety for our staff (non-slip surface).

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. These guys did a fantastic job on our floors. We had a bad experience with a different company doing a terrible epoxy job on the floors 2 months prior but American Epoxy Arizona came out and saved the day. They have a great crew that always showed up on time and were very polite and professional while they were here.  They stripped the floors and did an outstanding job with the new epoxy coating. The job was finished on time and looks amazing. I can already tell it is very durable and I would highly recommend them.

For the past 2 years I have had nothing but grief cleaning my back patio floors. I decided to do something about it and hired First Class Coatings - Epoxy Arizona to do an Epoxy Granite Floor Installation. They used an Industrial Grinder to prepare the surface with virtually no dust, which is amazing. They installed the floor system in 2 days and they were punctual and very clean and neat. Eric recommended a urethane system to be sun protective which I was appreciate because I did not want my floor to discolor in the outside sun. It has been over 4 years since the installation and I still love my floor ... I referred him to many of my friends and they were very satisfied just like me. I also made sure that they were currently a Licensed Contractor, and they were... Beware, many companies are not currently licensed.... I had submitted an inquiry online because I am interested in replacing the flooring in my home and have no idea what the cost is, not even generally. It was my hope to have someone give me a ballpark and then come to my home for a quote. Tom Alan responded and left a voicemail. When I called him back he was unprofessional and dismissive and - it seemed - bothered by the call. First impression is critical for any business. Lost sale.
