Ryan came out to check our foundation & had no trouble telling us that our foundation concerns were cosmetic at this point & no further action needed to be taken. He told us what to watch out for & when/if our foundation gets to that point, we will definately be calling Arizona Foundation Solutions. They didn't try to make up repairs that weren't needed in order to get our money.

Had concrete poured from the backyard up to the driveway. Did a great job, quick and easy! Would use again for futher projects.

Brian Patrick was the project manager and was responsive and helpful though out the process. I was keep informed of any changes to the schedule.

I recently hired 1C3:9 Renovators for a concrete slab work in the side yard of my house (the RV parking space), Julian came out scoped the work and provided an instant estimate. He was very friendly, professional and courteous. He gave me a very good idea about what design and product would w best fit in the space and the serve the purpose. I approved the estimate and he began the work the very next day. The work was perfectly done ahead of schedule and the price was appropriate. My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. WOW!!....SERIOUSLY.....WOW!! So, this is my second time with an “epoxy floor”......and now will be my last! The first time I did it-I got scammed. They didn’t use epoxy, they did the job in one day and it was three weeks before it started peeling and chipping off. American Epoxy Arizona is such a professional organization, with a personal touch. Communication was excellent, great value and the quality of work and materials was amazing (and trust me, I was paying VERY close attention this time)!! We were remodeling our kitchen and had to call a concrete scanning service to locate the post tension cables before we cut the concrete. Safe2core was able to come out right away and did a wonderful job. They clearly marked the cables and even some pipes that we had. From the lady in the office to the technician that came out, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We felt bad that we had to cut the technicians artwork! Definitely would recommend Safe2core when scanning concrete is needed!

I witnessed a hit-and-run by this Company on the freeway by this company, I literally saw a work truck 1161 hit another vehicle on then speed off!! I Called DPS to report what I saw
