We had our house evaluated for settling. Arizona Foundation Solutions were excellent to work with. They educated us on the types of foundation issues, the process for finding out if we had issues then they had a plan in case we did need repairs. We were fortunate enough to not need to pursue any correctional measures at this time, but now we have a base line and can have them come back in a few years to see if the house has settled or moved any further and then go from there. I have a new home which was built this year (2019) with a post tensioned slab. The ground under the slab is shrinking, so I called James after reading all the valuable information on his website. He promptly arrived at the appointed time and thoughly inspected, evaluated, and took pictures of the issues with the foundation. He explained all the issues and patiently made sure I understood the issues and thier remedies. He did this knowing that he would not benift financially because the house is under warranty with the builder, and I will not be able to hire who I want to do the work.
