Rose paving has done multple jobs for me accross the valley ranging from a few thousand dollars to over a quarter million. They have yet to dissapoint. Terry the Account Exective is always on point, reliable and honest. Even on my large jobs where it would be easy to try and just slide something by, they always shoot straight and only do what is necessary. Theay have never tried to gouge me or over reccomend. We had epoxy re-applied to our garage floor. The Lowes epoxy kit I applied had to be removed to apply the new epoxy. It's beautiful now, it turned out better than I expected. Very professional and a great price! Very happy! Pool decking is next.

As a painting contractor, I referred Desert Coatings to one of my favorite General Contractors for a difficult car-wash epoxy application. If you can imagine the abuse those surfaces get, you can also imagine that if shortcuts were made, we would be seeing failure and have to honor stringent warranty contracts.

On shorter notice, out-of-town and in some difficult conditions, they completed on time for the mechanical installers, and trouble free. My client was very pleased, and that pleases me.

I really do not compare pricing as I believe the value is in the service and quality of product. That is the only reason I can not comment on price. As a contractor myself, I know that folks who shop on price alone... will likely learn their lesson soon enough.
