Best A Pool Build in Phoenix AZ

With the excellent work this company did for us, I was incredibly impressed. They have a very capable and experienced team, and they completed the driveway repair work to our satisfaction. I'd use them once more!

I don't ever write bad reviews. I can't explain all that went wrong with using AZ foundations. The bottom line is PLEASE do your homework and get other opinions before spending thousands of dollars with these guys. They got me for about a 1700 dollar loss, but it almost turned into a 23k nightmare. Beware of the sales, Victor is a great salesman, but in terms of like a used car guy. I'm not sure how the reviews are so high after speaking with several of my neighbrs in Showlow that have had experience with them. I have put my number out there for people to call before using them and the conversation are very interesting. Not saying not to use them, I'm saying be very very careful when you sign your life away and they have a ton of your money. I was bale to get my house on level ground for 4500 bucks, where AZ foundations wanting 23k. I had an engineer inspect and gave sign of approval. I was lucky to get all but about 1700 back. That sucks and I should have pushed it in court, but It would have cost me more with fees etc. Be careful everyone, this is your home and you shouldn't trust just anyone. I gave at least 1 star since some of the people that I was able to contact were very nice. Communication is for sure not their strength after you sign the dotted line.

We needed a concrete company to do the first home in a project-development. We reached out to Metro Concrete in a pinch, as our prior contractor backed out. They not only stepped in to complete the job, but got done ahead of what we expected them too in a last min pinch.

As you know, I lived in a complex at Camelback between 40th and 44th streets. We had 108 units ad a huge piece of property.

The people you hired to do the driveway are amazing - imagine finding a company who will do a small amount of work. I know the trouble we had.

I was president for 3 years and treasurer for 1 year and we always looked for someone to do this type of work on a small basis.

You all did a great job - very polite workers, stayed out in that heat all those hours and worked until they finished the specific work they were doing (actually I was surprised that they didn't start at 5:30 or 6 am - which is the norm for summer work in Phx).

I appreciate having their name and am forwarding it over right now to the board at Villa Green.

Desert Floor Coatings did a horrible job installing metallic epoxy flooring for my medical clinic. They screwed up the preparation and refused to fix it. They screwed up the finish so bad it cannot be repaired. There are holes in the finish from tools, bubbles everywhere and they refuse to clean up the mess they made on door jams, trims and wall. Justin and Tom are liars and unprofessional. The only thing worse than the quality of their work is their lack of professionalism and integrity. Don't waste your money!

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
