My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. If you’re looking to preserve and beautify the concrete around your home, based on our experience, my wife and I simply cannot recommend Sun Valley Concrete Coatings enough. American Epoxy Arizona did a great job with my floor of my new workshop. My original plans were scrapped with some challenges with the fiber mesh in my concrete but Adam was able to adjust and give me an amazing full chip floor that will hold up to working on cars in my workshop. I'm happy that he took into consideration the things I had planned for the space. I love that it has texture but is smooth so that it will not be too slippery. I would definitely want him to do my house garage in the future and would recommend him for epoxy floors.

Purecrete is a great concrete contractor. I've worked with them on several projects.

We were remodeling our kitchen and had to call a concrete scanning service to locate the post tension cables before we cut the concrete. Safe2core was able to come out right away and did a wonderful job. They clearly marked the cables and even some pipes that we had. From the lady in the office to the technician that came out, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We felt bad that we had to cut the technicians artwork! Definitely would recommend Safe2core when scanning concrete is needed!

They did an excellent job with our parking lot. They were very professional and the work was completed in a timely manner. We would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any type of paving work completed.

While preparing ground he cut the dripp line. Noticed it was flooding next day at the bottom corner near sidewalk. Didn't know if it was mine or HOA. The second day I turned off my dripp system and flooding stopped. Called and text several times, no response. All it would take is a call and WE can figure this out. So for now one star rating
