We had a concrete project go south on us and the finished product was sub par at best. We contacted Sun Valley and had the driveway diamond ground and polyaspartic coated. As a painting contractor, I referred Desert Coatings to one of my favorite General Contractors for a difficult car-wash epoxy application. If you can imagine the abuse those surfaces get, you can also imagine that if shortcuts were made, we would be seeing failure and have to honor stringent warranty contracts.

On shorter notice, out-of-town and in some difficult conditions, they completed on time for the mechanical installers, and trouble free. My client was very pleased, and that pleases me.

I really do not compare pricing as I believe the value is in the service and quality of product. That is the only reason I can not comment on price. As a contractor myself, I know that folks who shop on price alone... will likely learn their lesson soon enough.

Workers sat using there phones for hours in the pouring rain. Not a way to spent Prescott Valley tax dollars. Have pics to prove.

Armor KOTE was terrific to deal with from the owner ,Shane to his workers... All my phone calls and questions were answered with confidence. The installers were efficient , polite, and and did their job with pride... I will be endorsing Armor-KOTE to my neighbors, friends and family .
