By far the most professional estimate we have ever received, which made it easy to use this company for painting our house. It wasn't the highest bid and it wasn't the lowest bid, but it was the most thorough bid. The estimate included information about their company and that information was part of our decision to use them. Their employees were all prompt and professional. We were told verbally and via email (with photos) the progress made each day and the plan for the next day. The Superintendent visited the site and introduced herself, along with letting us know that we should feel free to ask any questions about the project. Everyone we had contact with was friendly, informative and professional. We highly recommend Crash of Rhinos Painting for anyone interested in having the exterior of their house painted.

We used Improovy to paint the ceiling of our condo before we put it on the market and they did a great job. Super responsive and took care of everything. Seems to be a great solution for any move-in or move-out home painting as they were quick to accommodate our timetable and were able to provide a competitive quote via phone call, which was very convenient. There were a few items that we needed to fix after the job but their team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our project and bring it to a great compulsion. Overall a great experience with the Improovy team - highly recommend.

This is a review of the bid process. We had a few companies come out to bid and Chris Stilwell was leaps and bounds above his competition. He was very detailed and asked all the right questions to make sure he bid what we were looking for. To the franchise owner - Make sure you keep Chris locked into your company, he is a huge asset! We are scheduling the work now so I can't comment on the work yet, but if it is half as good as the sales process was I'm sure it will look great!
