Do not use this company. I had a leak in my kitchen. I worked with Giovanni from this company and he came in and said he would handle everything with my insurance and everything would be covered. He didn’t handle anything, he never knew what was going on. I handled all the dealing with insurance and my hoa by myself. After about a month Giovanni just stopped answering and returning my calls about the claim. I started communicating directly with their billing company because that is who I could get ahold of. They started my demo on June 7th and had all the demo domes in about a week. It has now been 2 and a half months and they still haven’t sent all the paperwork and pictures to the billing company to submit the claim to the insurance. I just want to pay this off and put this all behind me but I can’t even pay them because they can’t file their paperwork. I called last week to see what was going on and they had to send someone out to have me sign paperwork that they had forgotten to have me sign. Do not work with this company or it will be completely on your shoulders to handle your entire claim, not to mention manage them to make sure they are getting the papers signed and submitted and remind them to come pick up their equipment. Overall, terrible.
