I can't say enough great things about our experience with Randy and his crew. They were professional, organized, timely and efficient. We had a pretty big outside painting project of our home, gates and surrounding walls and they got it done right on time. Randy was great at communicating with us, before and during the project and came out to inspect the work himself when it was completed. I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat!

CertaPro came in at the most reasonable price. We had concerns that the service would not be great, but they were fantastic. I am a bit of a perfectionist and the project manager met, and exceeded, all of my expectations. Every little detailed was handled to my (very picky) satisfaction. We used Improovy to paint the ceiling of our condo before we put it on the market and they did a great job. Super responsive and took care of everything. Seems to be a great solution for any move-in or move-out home painting as they were quick to accommodate our timetable and were able to provide a competitive quote via phone call, which was very convenient. There were a few items that we needed to fix after the job but their team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our project and bring it to a great compulsion. At first I wasn't sure about jesus but when he actually took the time to ask me to give him exact details of what I wanted and he kept me up to date on everything hes young but a great painter and he makes sure no over spray gets on furniture or carpet

We had CertaPro painted our Living room and Kitchen then we decided we needed the bedroom painted. Melissa gave us a great quote and a week later , they started painting.

Good sales experience with Doug and pricing seems market fair, however, a great deal of overspray and lack of attention resulted in some re-work and permanent damage.

We used Arizona Painting for both of our homes interior and exterior. Interior of one used their standard semi-gloss white paint, which is still sticky to the touch after almost a month! Overspray on expensive automatic pet door created unsightly appearance. It appears that patching of picture holes and damage to baseboards was repaired with caulking instead of spackle, never sanded and just painted over very rough surfaces. Blinds that were removed for painting were stepped on and damaged and replacement slats are going to cost us over $100. Obviously, over time, we are noticing more and more. On the other house, things went pretty well and we are left with an OK experience and would just recommend presence during work and scrutiny during process, especially masking.
