Best Line Painting in Phoenix AZ

ABN Painting recently provided a quote for and completed the painting of the exterior block wall surrounding my house - I sought to improve the look of the wall with a quality paint job, and that is exactly what was done. ABN Painting provided a date to do the job and it was done by that date, quickly and professionally. The wall was the standard cement block wall that is installed in these tract homes and also had some moisture staining along some sections. The guys came in on time, did prep work to ensure plants weren't sprayed on, and took care not to paint anywhere except where we agreed to. The end result is night and day - from an ugly standard tract home wall to one with better color and uniform look & feel. Highly recommend.

I contracted Marcel Painting to Paint the exterior of my rental house and they showed up on time, did a fantastic job, and were on there way. I will defiantly use them again.

Randy and crew did a few painting project inside and outside of my home thanksgiving week - one of which was painting my pool deck. I noticed 4/1, just five months later, that several areas on the deck where the paint had chipped off and the old paint color was showing. I sent a photo too Randy who on two separate occasions said he would come take a look. Ive reached out several times and 3 weeks later, not fixed and now not responding. Originally did a great job but doesn't stand behind his work so - only gets 2 stars from me

Well, this is a difficult one. I will say that APC did try to make this right.

I hired APC to paint my entire home inside. The home was vacant and I scheduled floor work to be done a couple days after the painting was to b completed. Even though their quote was a bit higher then others I chose APC because of good reviews and the Angie's list connection.

Things started badly and then got worse. On day 1 of a planned 3 day job the painter showed but complained that his helper didn't show. Not much work was done that day and even less on day 2. I explained to the painter that by day 5 he must be done as the floor people will be coming in on day 6. He said that would be no problem except that he may need day 6 to paint the garage. Needless to say the paint job wasn't completed by day 6 and the painter and floor people had to work around each other. I was out of town at the time and had to coordinate this between the two companies by phone.

Upon my return I noticed some issues with the job. A different painter from APS came out and spent an entire day fixing the the problems. So in the end the paint job was done better than I could do it but not as good as I've seen in other places I've lived. I imagine that if a properly skilled painter had been assigned to my job from the beginning then my job would have been up to par.

My advice is to ask them how long the painter has been with the company. If the painter is new, then pass. You don;t need them to be trying out new employees on your job.

I was not at all happy with the work done by Juan with Painters Ink. As work progressed, we noticed paint on tile flooring, paint blobs stuck to new carpet that was installed just a few weeks earlier, sprayed on a poorly masked ceiling fan, etc. There was a massive run of paint oversprayed on a door, dripping down the door. We found a cigarette butt on the floor in our home. There were streaks on the freshly painted walls. When we pointed this out, he argued that it was just shadows and with better light you would not see that. That was absolutely not the case. We fired him before the job was complete, before he could do more damage and bad work. After repainting one wall that had obvious streaks ourselves, it looks fine now. THEN we found that he sprayed over the kitchen ceiling LED panel lights. Before realizing he painted over them, we thought the panels were going bad. Now we have to clean or replace them which will cost us hundreds of dollars in time and/or money.

Juan argued with us about all the poor work and damage we pointed out, which was juvenile and dishonest.

He charged us $1500 of the $2200 quoted for the whole job. Initially I thought this was money well wasted to limit the damage. However, after finding the ceiling LED light panels painted over, and the doorbell cover painted over (and painted on so it was difficult to remove to repair the damage), I regret paying him anything, as this is going to significantly cost us. We now have a different painter coming in to finish with hopefully better work.

I don't remember ever leaving a bad review for a product or service. I'm not a chronic complainer. I'm also aware and saddened that this review may initially detrimentally affect Juan and his employees. However, considering his arguing, without bad reviews such as this, he will not address the shortcomings in his services.

If you are looking for quality work, this organization could be a disaster for you as they were for us.
