Best House And Commercial Painting in Phoenix AZ

Had the pleasure of having Steve Carroll being our neighbor. We needed our home painted,Steve came over with his color samples and we picked out a few samples. A few days later Steve painted the samples on the side of our home and we picked our colors out. Steve picked up the paint he needed and showed up the next morning to start the job. Steve took about a week to complete and he did a great job. Steve told me to check and make sure he got everything. Steve is a excellent painter, I would have Steve paint my home again if needed. I just found this survey in my email. For the cost of this service, i am still cleaning up the poor quality of the paint application from a year ago. They did return to clean my driveway, neighbors fence, street gutter, that was a plus, except for my water bill.However… the paint treatment and caulking around my windows was very poor. Over calking with paint on my window casings with tape left under the paint, now peeling away. The house was only painted in one direction, leaving the stucco bare. Paint left on my security doors, painted half my faucets and over spray around my air conditioner. This was a one man crew, when i did complain about the windows - i was told he knew what he was doing, most of the time he was on the phone. I work from home, the overseer complained i never came outside? I did find Hugo Sanchez from AZ Copper painting, he assisted me with changing the trim on the roof line and cleaning up the overspray on the roof tiles, wish i had used hime from the beginning.Overall i would not recommend to anyone.

We used Dustin and his team to repaint our house and they were so responsible, clean and responsive. And Dustin made sure there was excellent quality control. Would definitely use them again!
