Arizona Painting's customer service and office support is stellar. It has been a long that I have had a company answer on the first ring, follow-up and ensure I had all the details. Even sending me pictures and text message of who was coming to meet with me and of the paints. Very professional. The painters were professional and friendly. Ensuring all house hold items were covered and there were no issues. Excellent job. I will use this company again for future projects.

I was referred to Noble Painting from a friend. I was remodeling my office and needed some paint and window cleaning work done to finish and did Noble Painting really help with the finishing touches. First they were early which I loved. But they really impressed me by completing the job in one day! I was beyond surprised. One thing I couldn't believe was how clean and clear my windows were. I use to clean them myself with basic windex. I thought they as clear as they can be. Noble Painting showed me otherwise and I'm so glad they did because I can see so clear out my windows. Its brights up my entire office and I'm so excited to reopen and can't wait to see how impress my clients will be with a clear window to look out. We didn't get past the estimate process! The gentlemen who came to our home were professional and engaging, emailed me once to say it would be a day or two before we got our estimate, and the estimate never came. That was two weeks ago. Three texts, including two to the business and one to one of the estimators, generated no response. Bullet dodged? We'll never know!

I used CertaPro back in 2017 on a rental property and had a fabulous experience. This time, I had an estimate provided to me on 9/30/22 that included drywall touch ups inside and also full exterior painting. The drywall repairs were rescheduled twice and the second time it was cancelled was the same day the repairs were to be made. I had rearranged my schedule twice to accommodate their folks. I cancelled my entire estimate and project which would have been approximately $5000. I had a very positive experience with Terry in 2017. He is no longer with the company and it appears the company is experiencing problems due to labor like everyone else. However, it needs to be managed by communicating better with your customers. It takes time to build a reputation and a second for it to be ruined. Very unfortunate to see this happen to a good brand in the valley.

Arizona Painting Company did an excellent job on the exterior of my home and the cinder-block privacy wall. I needed to have stucco repair in addition to the house painted, as well as the cinder-block privacy wall. When I first called, the office staff was so friendly and knowledgeable, I was able to set up an appointment for a free estimate for the job I wanted to be done. The estimator came to my home and was professional and courteous, listening to what I wanted to be done. The appraisal was sent days later, with very reasonable pricing, and I was able to book the service to coordinate with my schedule. The crew of Jose and Jesus delivered such high quality of service, professional and friendly, keeping me apprised of all that was done as the job went on and Jose listened to and responded to everything I expected of the paint job they were performing. The project manager stopped by to check on the progress of the project as well. Jose and Jesus arrived promptly every morning and worked diligently all the way through, cleaning up at the end of each workday. They completed the job, and my home looks spectacular, and I could not be happier!! I highly recommend Arizona Painting Company, they are the best out there!
