Jack and his team did an amazing job with the interior painting of my historic home. Incredibly responsive to what I needed done and the most on time team I have ever worked with; in fact started early on the two projects had with them. The team in my house was respectful of the older home and incredibly tidy; I left the house for work and came home to a beautifully painted, clean home ahead of schedule each time. We had used Extra Mile Painting on two prior occasions and had good experiences. This most recent experience was one whereby I would never use their service again in the future, nor would I recommend their service.
Contrary to their tag line, they do not go the Extra Mile. There was work that was not done completely as specified in our Agreement. I was promised on several occasions that they would return to finish the work. It is well over one month later and it is still incomplete. Most recently, they did not return my call to inquire when someone would come by.
Moreover, in retrospect, their price billed for the work was way more than it should have been and we feel ripped off.
I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Sam is a great guy and a joy to work with. Contracted him to paint the exterior and interior of our house and him and crew did an outstanding job. They were on time, clean, very professional and finished work ahead of schedule. Definitely the best experience I've ever had with construction crews. We had to have some exterior piping for our solar panels painted to match the house to appease the HOA, and these guys were fantastic at getting the job done!! They got me an estimate and appointment quick and easy, the work is great, and the price is reasonable!! On top of that, they’ve got a super user friendly website for tracking appointments and paying invoices. All around an excellent experience, and I know who I’m calling anytime I need a professional painter!!
