Ghaster Painting painted the exterior of house in 2014. They were very thorough in the bidding process, and gave me a complete and exact estimate of timeline and costs 24 hours after coming to my house initially. Once we agreed to move forward, they finished the job in 4 days.

The best thing about Ghaster is that they are very detail oriented, clean and professional. They cover everything that they work on, they choose the right quality paint and apply the right number of coats to make sure the job is done correctly.

I called this company to give me a quote on interior painting. They came out last Friday and gave me a verbal quote. I asked for a a written quote and was told I would have it later that day, called Friday evening, no answer, called again late Saturday morning and was told I would have it I no later than 3pm. Sent an email around 9pm Saturday and advised him if I did not get the written bid before midnight they would not get the job. It is now Sunday 4:30 pm, just got a text saying they can send the bid now, told him no thanks, company is not reliable.

I would highly recommend Marcel Painting! For starters, their prices are very fair and right on point! Not to high like alot of other companies or not too low, but just outright fair! 2ndly, They did an excellent job on my condo I just purchased. It was previously a rental so it was kinda beat up, but instantly became new after they got done. Lastly, they respond when needed. David was always there when I had questions. David came out to evaluate and provide estimate, etc. I also spoke to the owner, Kelly and he was very courteous! Do yourself a favor and go with them.

We joked about how I am too critical and picky that it wouldn't be worth paying someone, but my friend had a response - call Paint Ops. I laughed but then looked them up and read the reviews. When he came out for the consult, he answered all of my many, many, questions, made sure that he had answered exactly what I wanted to know and what else he could help with. We have dogs and plan to sell our home this year when we move, we were worried about the dogs scratching the trim and having to have it redone, he had a solution - they actually make a paint for that, and anything else we never would have imagined. He was able to help us pick out colors that we liked and that were desired in the current market. There was zero pressure to schedule, he is well organized and was able to provide me with a physical printed, itemized, quote before he left our home.
We decided immediately that we would be using this company and could not be happier with the results. Our house is only 3 years old but had numerous nail pops starting, uneven spots on the walls from poor workmanship and in some places from previous painters, missing caulking. Paint Ops doesn’t just paint, they move your furniture, they sand anything uneven, repair damaged walls, and fix nail pops and trim issues. They move your furniture back and vacuum everything. They also leave you with the supplies to touch up any possible damage later. The attention to detail was unbelievable, they prep and use sprayers to paint the trim so there are no streaks or marks, and they worked around us needing to use parts of the house during the day.
During the entire process there was constant communication, we always received replies quickly, and were asked about a lot of details to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. If you are reading this, you should schedule a consultation with Paint Ops before hiring anyone, even if you already have someone in mind its worth comparing the services being offered. If there is a wait, it is worth it, there is a reason they book so far out.
