I called this company to give me a quote on interior painting. They came out last Friday and gave me a verbal quote. I asked for a a written quote and was told I would have it later that day, called Friday evening, no answer, called again late Saturday morning and was told I would have it I no later than 3pm. Sent an email around 9pm Saturday and advised him if I did not get the written bid before midnight they would not get the job. It is now Sunday 4:30 pm, just got a text saying they can send the bid now, told him no thanks, company is not reliable.

I have used Marcel Painting on several occasion for several different types of projects. Each experience has been exceptional from the perspective of quality of work, professionalism of the painting staff, and knowledge and sales approach by their sales team. I am in sales myself, so I can really appreciate when a company gets it as it pertains to the sales process. I really feel that every time I work with Marcel, they look at partnering with their customers so it's much more of a consultative approach than a hard sell. They have actually suggested some other ideas outside of my vision of a project and in the end, the final result was better than I initially imagined. This is saying a lot, because my experience with other local painting companies has not been so good. Most of the companies in which I received estimates from were far from professional and usually a one to two man operation. Most of the other companies either didn't show up on time, showed up in apparel I would expect to see in a homeless shelter, or presented their abilities leaving me feeling anything but confident in their abilities to get the job done right. Finding good contractors in AZ can sometimes be a daunting task, so I feel compelled to let others know that there are still good companies out there.

From start to finish, I am very impressed with the response to questions I had, to selecting the paint. They did an AMAZING job with my interior rooms. Barton Dunn and his excellent crew significantly improved the appearance of my office building with a fresh coat of paint and removing the silicone from the previous lettering on the building. I was amazed at how fast this family owned company finished this project without effecting my business. They are very affordable and went beyond the project proposal to make my office building look spectacular.

They were contracted thru Native Interiors and after talking to native a few times it seems they refuse to have Ayalas company come back to repair the poor painting job not very happy with either company
