Steven was fantastic! Quick to take my initial call, was able to paint my entire interior quickly AND kind enough to come back when I wanted some color changes. Easy to work with, easy to get ahold of, efficient and fairly priced. Definitely recommend.

Ralph and team painted our entire 3500sq foot house as well as cabinets. They were thorough, professional, and extremely talented--not a speck of paint where it shouldn't be. They were in and out quickly and respectful of keeping everything clean and covered during the process. The transformation is amazing and the price was more than competitive! We highly recommend and will be using them in the future for sure.

Extra Mile Painting just completed an exterior and interior paint job at my house. The interior included removing popcorn ceilings from several rooms, painting the entire interior and painting cabinets. We encountered several hiccups along the way with other sub contractors that delayed Extra Mile Painting from completing their work. In every instance they were professional and patient. I am a community manager who recently worked with CertaPro of the West Valley, PV and Scottsdale on a condominium project. I have to say, by far the best paint project in 8.5 years! There were less than a handful of touch ups needed at the end of the project. All of our mil tests came back passing, so the Association knows they received all that they paid for. Plus WE HAD NO COMPLAINTS FROM OUR RESIDENTS!! That is unheard of. I have to send out kudos to Eric, Cameron and Nathan. Wonderful work gentlemen!!

Based on the good reviews here I expected a professional company and while the work was adequate there are a few issues on the business end of things that dropped my rating to 2 stars:

1. Changing the price after the quote was accepted.
2. Very pushy and borderline harassing payment requests.
3. Accounting errors.
4. Online payment problems.

After I submitted a request for a quote Jack got back to me very quickly and provided a bid. It was a reasonable quote so I decided to move forward. He said they had availability for the following week (which was a big plus), and it would be 25% to lock in the day, 25% deposit, and then the final 50% upon completion.

Jack told me that they would accept Zelle (also known as QuickPay/SurePay, depending on who you bank with), or personal check, or credit (which would involve a surcharge.) I replied that Zelle would work for me and promptly set up a payment for the first 25%. I had to do this in two installments however, since my bank caps the amount for transactions to Zelle recipients without established payment history. Jack gave me a bit of a hard time about this which should not have been an issue on their end - at this point no work had yet been performed.

Here is where we had the first issue. It took a few more back and forth text messages with Jack to get payment details worked out. Apparently the owner, Joe, did not have his phone number registered in the Zelle system (only email), so the payments were not being automatically deposited. I remained patient as we sorted through the payment issues.

After this was all sorted out, Jack gave me a call and told me that he had made an error in calculating how much paint would be required due to the finish on my house, and would I mind very much in splitting the difference. This kind of put me on the spot. I didn't want them to try to stretch the paint too thin in order to keep costs down. And based on our previous payment SNAFU above, I also worried about getting my 25% back promptly if I didn't agree to the adjustment. In hindsight, I probably should have cancelled the job here. No honest business should call their customer back and ask them to revise the quote based on an error on their part, especially after the customer has paid the good faith deposit. You eat the extra cost, end of story.

After the work was done, Jack was back on the phone with me to collect the remaining 50% (plus the extra paint add-on). He incorrectly provided me with a balance that did not include credit for all payments that had been made and accepted. After correcting him, once again I promptly set up payment. Once again as well I received multiple follow up texts and phone calls from both Jack and Joe asking me to check things on my end. Again, I felt this was pretty unprofessional. Make sure you have things set up on your end before you harass your customer.

Joe, your business needs to get up to speed on modern payment methods. If online banking is too complex for you then get a bookkeeper who can handle it or insist on paper checks (and accept the loss of business that entails). Your customers have busy lives and they are paying your company for a seamless experience.

We were able to schedule our exterior painting and stucco repair after hail damage according to our timeline, and Robert provided the detailed work plan required by our insurance company. His painters arrived on time every day and were professional, personable, and thorough. All was done in 4 days on our 3,000 sq. ft. home plus backyard wall. We are very pleased with every aspect.

AZ Painting Company was professional, good value (4 estimates- I had two exterior walls painted- est.1 was $380, est 2 was $1400 est. 3 was $900 and est 4 (AZ paint) was $780. We went with AZ paint because of general rules with projects that have proven successful in the past (omit the highest and the lowest and go from there). The reviews were great. The company was very responsive. The crew was on time and jammed out their work in a timely manner.Why not 5 stars-Sean was great at selling their business but he did not respond to a follow up text regarding a question I had. I called the company and they took care of me right away.-The crew had some spray over on our rock and did not let me know about it. It's minor but noticeable since our rock is dark and the paint is white.-After power washing the chippings from the flakey wall were left in our yard.

Ghaster Painting painted the exterior of house in 2014. They were very thorough in the bidding process, and gave me a complete and exact estimate of timeline and costs 24 hours after coming to my house initially. Once we agreed to move forward, they finished the job in 4 days.
