Gilbert's painted the entire inside of our home, all rooms, walls, trim, doors & ceilings and did a great job! We were able to work with them to do all of the painting while we were out of town so their scheduling was great. Yes, we were able to leave them a garage door opener and felt entirely comfortable in letting them have the run of the house while we were away. The paint job they did was pretty awesome! Being a little (well maybe a lot) OCD, we did expect to find a few areas that we would have to ask them to do some 'touch up'. It was great to see that when we pointed those areas out they didn't bat an eyelid, said no problem at all, and had them fixed right away. Gilbert's were very professional, very easy to work with and we would use them again in a heartbeat.

Chris made us feel that we were in good hands. We needed to re-schedule our project date several times due to a family emergency, and Chris was professional,, accommodating and empathetic to our situation. The team assigned to our project was professional, courteous, and the quality of the work was impeccable. We did our best to contain our 3 dogs during the project, but on those occasions where we had to let them out, the team the team politely treated them as their own with smiles and pets. Jack, Rex, Hector and their entire team go above and beyond!!! I highly recommend their company and their staff. They did an amazing job from start to finish and were in and out. They came back multiple times for touch ups of little things we noticed, without question.

Their communication is stellar. They are prompt and responsive. They really understand what customer service means. We have dealt with many contractors in our past and they take the cake.

They all cleaned up the mess each day. I can't complain about anything as the entire process starting with our sales associate Colin was great. A simple approach would have been to either call us or ask the painter to please move his truck and we would Definitely have done so. It is never our intent to inconvenience someone but at times our people like all are only human. We appreciate your understanding.

John the owner himself came to the house to bid the job, and already had 4 other bids. He himself was professional and straight to the point. He gave me a fair price and a great guarantee on the paint.
On the day of painting the crew arrived and David and DeVon were amazing, they took their time to be sure all the cracks and crevices were filled in in the fascia as well as the walls, and could tell that they were proud of their work
