Top notch professionals! Rob and his team was great to work with. This is the flooring professional everyone needs when working on your floors. Rob knew exactly what areas needed to be fixed, gave great advice, didn’t attempt to upsell me on anything, and provided excellent service. Our floors are now looking great, and I’m definitely going to be hiring his team again in the future for the rest of my home. In my opinion the word crooks is the best way to describe them. They reported my initial review to Google which was completely honest and had it removed. This is in violation of the consumer fair review act which I've reported to the FTC.

Too much to list here but ill share a few items. They fraudulently charged me over $3,000 for glue(which during a repair of their original work I discovered they never uses) and refused to return it until I got an attorney involved and complained to the ROC. Then they eventually agreed to return it if I remove my review. Now they're ignoring my requests again for the refund so I have no choice but to pursue legal action.

They've incorrectly installed the floors by using shortcuts which causes the floors to pop up. It's been a nightmare as this is my only home and with each screw up I need to uproot my life.

They also removed a material called gypcrete without my authorization. I was led to believe they would be adding gypcrete to replace it but found out they used a cheaper material without telling me. Gypcrete is required by my HOA and now I'm I'm violation of HOA bylaws and CC&Rs.

They've damaged the common areas to the point my HOA sent me a large bill to clean up their mess.

Briana the project manager just makes excuses and has limited willingness or ability to help. All she does is text and when I try to call immediately hangs up and claims to be on a conference call. Hasn't called back despite trying to speak with her for months.

She ignores anything that you say that she doesn't want to address. I've asked for her supervisors contact and she just ignores the requests. Continuously making mistakes and not following manufacturer guidelines

Also caught her contractor stealing cash from my drawer and unplugging my security camera after realizing he was being recorded.

Wouldn't wish this experience in my worst enemy

Heath just completed a 3 step process to refinish my hardwood floors that were discolored by the sun. 14 years of sun damage completely gone. The floor looks brand new. It is obvious that Heath takes tremendously pride in his work and pleasing the customer. Thanks again for a job that exceeded my expectations.

If you need new flooring you've got to go here. They have a large selection to look through. Doug and Andy will do everything they can to ensure customer service and satisfaction. I've been so impressed with the friendly and professional service. I had bids from all sorts of places, and as soon as Doug started to talk about carpet, I immediately knew this guy was well educated and passionate about flooring. He conveys his knowledge in a way that makes sense and helps the customer make choices that fit their needs and wants. I've learned that the flooring business is competitive, you can buy cheap from big box retailers who care little about you, you can buy expensive from places trying to run up their profits, or you can purchase smart and between the two from Doug and Andy and walk away feeling you did it right. You can't go wrong with these guys, and if a mistake happens, I bet they will go above and beyond to make it right.

Tony and his team did our first floor tile and we are so impressed! Working with him was great, he was easy to communicate with, quick response to any questions we had. Incredible, amazing customer service, excellent workmanship and friendly, polite workers who know their craft and CLEAN meticulously after the work is done. Here are just a few things the two kind brothers who own this family business did for me, above and beyond a great hardwood flooring installation:

- Ken (the sales brother) went to three different wholesalers searching for wood to match my existing, discontinued wood, then brought over the samples.
- Van (the install brother) created a customized fit for the floors after finding an unexpected quirk in my flooring that would have otherwise been a pricey fix. He also fixed my curtain rod just because he noticed it needed fixed. Ha! Days after the job I noticed a weird area in one of the carpet tucks and he was there the next morning to fix it. He also left a scratch refill pen for me just in case.
-Saved me money by reinstalling the molding after floor installation. I don’t know, I’ve heard some companies hassle you about this or make you buy new stuff.

Don't think twice- hire them! Light years beyond the competition.

I called and talked to Nick very professional and helpful answered all my questions and scheduled me for the next day. The crew that came out was so polite and professional it was amazing experience. They removed tile from 3 rooms for us. They grown all remaining grout off concrete and cleaned up everything. There was not a spec of dust in the house when the project was completed they made a believer out of my wife and I. We would highly recommend there services to anyone considering dustless tile removal. Once again Thx Nick and crew job well done!

The ole salesman switch. Sold me carpet installed and I got the lifetime warranty (Wink) wrong move!!! Made it sound like if anything just call us it’s lifetime guarantee. I called for them to fix bubble areas on carpet that started to develop and they said they couldn’t, gave me every excuse in the book! After I paid them around 4g. Save your money buy the carpet and have another contractor put it in . Plenty out there. Also save the money on your underlayment don’t need it . Never again will I buy here stay away!!
