Our two flooring installers, Ruben and Eric from Atomic Construction, were always on time, always hard-working, extremely cooperative, well informed and skilled about flooring, concise in measuring, always exibited outstanding teamwork, always patient, as they informed us about what was going on with our project, and they were eager to know what would make us happy with our flooring installation, and they seemed happy making John and I happy customers. If I were Atomic Flooring Management/Owners I would take good care of these two employees for providing us - through Atomic Construction -with the skills and knowledge of their tasks that they carry over into their customer's homes. At first the gentleman helping was very attentive but it would have been nice to give us some space while we were looking instead of hovering. He did let us take a sample to a possible home that we were looking at which was nice. When I dropped off the samples no one was directly at the front desk so I dropped them off and walked to my car. A very tall gentleman stopped me from backing out and aggressively asked what my last name was, who was helping me and if anything worked. It was very intrusive and borderline scary as a single female. I understand that the sales people are payed off commission and he made it very clear to me, but they need to work on respecting guests personal space and having a nice demeanor when talking to them.

I can’t say enough good things about James, Terry, Chris and this company. They just wrapped a ten-location flooring project for one of our customers in the Phoenix Area and throughout the whole process, they maintained excellent communication in relaying project progress, details and completion photos to us at our offices here in Ohio. They even handled the logistics for us regarding the placement and relocating of the refrigeration trucks needed for perishables to be stored while the restaurant coolers were getting their new floors. They worked with us and our customer to schedule and complete these jobs at a time and in a manner that was the least disruptive to our customer’s business so I would highly recommend them for any flooring job needed and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Rob and his crew are amazing! We had our tile removed today and it's exactly as stated: left cleaner than when they found it! The quote was easy to understand and fair. Communication was excellent. While the work was being done, we were alerted to a few issues. Best part - they offered solutions! I knew we'd have problems but having some options really helped relieve stress! After the tile was gone and floors were being cleaned up, they were even cleaning things that were not affected by the work being done - thresholds, light fixtures, etc. Really went above and beyond! We highly recommend Rob and his group at Flooring Professionals!

This business is run by hard working young men who are highly motivated to create the ideal outcome for their customers. They stuck to their quote even when they found a large crack in my sub-floor that resulted in additional labor they didn’t ask for a penny more.

Crew was very unreliable.. would not show up on Saturdays. Twice waited all day for them and never showed up. Finally work was completed. Discovered one tile not attached to floor. Called in 3 times. Made appointments for repair by Briana Light. On 3 different occasions they were no call no show. Very disappointed on your follow up service. I’m having to pay a different contractor to repair your work.
