Best Laminate Floor Replacement in Phoenix AZ

We had a appointment for a quote 10/8 at 11 and they never called to reschedule and never showed up.

On another longtime customer's recommendation, we used Arizona Floors for the travertine flooring and granite counter tops for our remodel. Nicole was the designer, and she was EXTREMELY helpful. Communication & availability of staff was excellent. Nicole's skill and knowledge was amazing. She knows her stuff, and it helped in countless ways. She worked closely with the supplier of the granite slabs, taking exact measurements of the slabs themselves and crafting a layout for our kitchen that optimized the stone. That way, we only had to purchase two slabs, instead of three, saving us hundreds of dollars. Installation of both floor & counter top was PERFECT. I used to work for a floor covering company, so my standards and expectations were high, but Arizona Floors did not fail. I highly recommend the company to anyone.

I just dropped off two pallets of flooring, they opened their dock early for me, the people were passionate about the jobs they provide to their community, the “boss man” came out and made sure I was being taken care of and not having to wait to unload, employees were fast, efficient, polite, well groomed, skilled, and gave myself and my co-driver 2 bottles of cold water each when they realized we were from out of town and were just winging it in the desert lol.

Kinda makes me wish I lived nearby just so I could patronize such an awesome business.

One of the better experiences I had when finding remodeling contractors. John was very involved and remarkable commitment to quality service. The rustic floor that I was aiming for, John knocked out of the park. The investment was worth it and makes my whole interior have that high-end feel/look.

Had two rooms that I wanted to replace the carpet with tile that matched what the home builder had installed. Got several quotes, the price was reasonable plus Alan and his team were able to get to work with in a few days of receiving their bid, which in the mess of post COVID scheduling was amazing! Floors look great and would highly recommend Alan for a job well done!

As part of a major remodel of our home in Sun City West, we replaced 1,400 square feet of tile and carpet flooring with beautiful engineered hardwood purchased from Arizona Hardwood Floor Supply. Throughout the purchasing process, Sales Manager Tim was very easy to work with, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He was always responsive to our questions or concerns and provided excellent advice. Ratko did an outstanding job installing the floor and baseboards, and they look gorgeous. Audrey from Home Solutionz contacted me about a master bath remodel that we had been looking to do for the last two years, I told her I wanted to make sure they were going to manage this project and all the work could be taken care of BEFORE WE STARTED and she indicated that she had all the subcontractors lined up. We delayed agreeing until she promised to get all the vendors together to go over the work before the project started to make sure there were no issues with the various work that was scheduled. That never happened, even after the project was delayed by a week ONE HOUR before they were supposed to start. She only showed up on the first day work started (the day the project was fully paid for) and never returned and only finally texted me after everything was supposed to be done, never called to see how the project was going while it was happening. I ended up managing everything. One of the subcontractors for the drywall and glass block work only showed up a week after the project started and then never actually submitted a quote, so I have to go out and find other contractors to finish the work so I can actually USE my bathroom, and it wasn’t available for guests this thanksgiving, that was fun.

The actual tile work that Martin and his father did is excellent. The plumbing work by Freddy of AC by Jay was also good, so the subcontractors were great. That was the only thing Audrey was correct about. I’d hire the subcontractors again and refer them to others, so that is the only thing Home Solutionz actually accomplished. We canceled part of the install, yet that part of the job was never refunded and we have been charged the full amount, although a couple of extra $10 trimpieces did need to be added on, so I guess that equals out, NOT, but they wouldn’t know about it because nobody from Home Solutions even bothered to talk to me after they had charged my Credit Card.

So IF you want to pay a middleman who never actually does anything other than put you in contact with subcontractors who aren’t big enough to have advertising budgets, go ahead and hire Home Solutionz. I did receive one text from the Briana, the project manager, only that it was being delayed by a week exactly ONE HOUR prior to starting and after I had received several scheduling emails and texts confirming that work was going to be started on that Monday morning. Otherwise, I was inundated only with emails from this company requesting referrals for a $100 kickback from the company. I won’t be using Home Solutionz again and I doubt I’d ever recommend them or whoever Paul Turpin is.

This is the worst company I have ever come across they put no pride in there work they have no respect left me with a huge mess every single night after they left please go somewhere else and save your money cause you will be waisting it if you go with these clowns
