Best Install Wood Flooring in Phoenix AZ

Short version: this company is amazing and will go the extra mile to make you happy and be sure the job is done right. They took care of us every step of the way no matter what the issue was. I will always recommend this company and will use them for any and all flooring jobs as long as they are an option for me.

Long and more detailed version:
This was the first time my wife and I had flooring installed. We were unfamiliar with the process and really didn't know what questions to ask. I have to tell the truth to make my true satisfaction evident.
When we began we worked with a good salesman who answered all of our questions and was helpful with options for our flooring and carpet.
We had a pretty big window before we were moving into the new home so we were flexible with dates. Fast forward to Atomic installing the flooring 5 days early and finishing before they were even scheduled to start. I was very happy with the speed and also the quality of their work. No demo was required and we laid the LVP over our tile. This helped with the speed of the job.
Baseboards. Note to anyone who hasn't had flooring installed, base boards are a part of the LVP job but not always a part of the carpet install.
In our case we waited a few additional days for the carpet job to start, but still well within when it would have been originally completed. When it was time to start though the carpet we originally picked out was not available. I'm familiar with the shipping delay/inventory outage environment so we knew we had to pick a new color to move forward. Atomic had our original salesman out to our home to compare to our flooring color the next day. We chose a color in stock and our install job started a couple days later. It was completed on schedule.
Here is where Atomic's amazing customer service comes through and will keep me as a customer forever.
As previously mentioned baseboards are not included with carpet installs. So we were a little disappointed, at the time, with the variance of baseboard height from the bathroom to the living room. We found out to save cost baseboards were not included in our quote/job.
We wanted them done and assumed they would be. The whole time, unknown to me early on, I had been communicating directly with the owner. Not a representative, not a call center, not another associate, the owner. Being that available all the time says a lot to me about how they feel about their business as well as how they do business.
Adam sensed our frustrations, and they were shared, and took care of us. He went the extra mile to immediately order baseboards for our home and schedule a crew to install them. There was a deadline as we were nearing our move in date and on the day our movers were completing our move, Atomic's crew was completing our baseboards. So everything was done on time when only a few days later we weren't going to have them.

I really cannot say enough about the lengths Adam went through to make us happy and I can't begin to imagine what our experience would have been if we were working with someone else on this job. Atomic does great work with great care and quality. If there is an issue, they will make it right. And that's who you want working on your home when something goes wrong, because inevitably, as we learned, something will.

This experience made me a customer for life and I will continue to tell everyone I know about the next level service Atomic delivers. Thank you for everything and we love our new home more than ever.

I can’t say enough good things about James, Terry, Chris and this company. They just wrapped a ten-location flooring project for one of our customers in the Phoenix Area and throughout the whole process, they maintained excellent communication in relaying project progress, details and completion photos to us at our offices here in Ohio. They even handled the logistics for us regarding the placement and relocating of the refrigeration trucks needed for perishables to be stored while the restaurant coolers were getting their new floors. They worked with us and our customer to schedule and complete these jobs at a time and in a manner that was the least disruptive to our customer’s business so I would highly recommend them for any flooring job needed and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Rob and his crew are amazing! We had our tile removed today and it's exactly as stated: left cleaner than when they found it! The quote was easy to understand and fair. Communication was excellent. While the work was being done, we were alerted to a few issues. Best part - they offered solutions! I knew we'd have problems but having some options really helped relieve stress! After the tile was gone and floors were being cleaned up, they were even cleaning things that were not affected by the work being done - thresholds, light fixtures, etc. Really went above and beyond! We highly recommend Rob and his group at Flooring Professionals!

Best commercial flooring company around!

Excellent experience. Made inquiry by phone, then shared photos and information by text. Got a quote and appointment within a couple of hours. The work was done, as promised, 3 days later. It took one full day for two people, and the price was very reasonable. Extremely satisfied!

Scott and his installers did an amazing job with our bathroom remodel and tile flooring. They were very polite , on time and cleaned up after the job was complete! Would totally recommend Scott and his crew of experienced installers for any remodeling jobs.

A very shocking update to my prior post.... I discovered just hours ago that Urban Customs has decided to STEAL my original deposit of several thousand dollars. Yes... STEAL. Keep in mind, no actual flooring was installed as detailed in my main review, due to Heath changing his mind about refinishing my hardwood floors spontaneously. Apparently he does not want other customers to read my in-depth review of what happened, and Heath is holding my deposit money for RANSOM (which he previously promised to return). He has stated that he will only return it if I take down the truthful, albeit quite negative, reviews I have posted AND sign some mystery document, which is very very suspicious and shady.

While I am not in a position to lose thousands of dollars, it is more important to make this valuable information available to others in the greater Phoenix area so they can avoid having to deal with this absolutely criminal behavior that Heath and Rachel at Urban Customs engage in. I want everyone to be aware that this is the type of business they run, and any cent you may decide to pay them, you may never see again, nor will you necessarily get the services you think you are paying for.

I will be taking them to small claims court following this unbelievable experience, as well as other protective measures to ensure they cannot continue to cheat, threaten, and rip off others.

My experience with Mark and Dan at Phoenix Hardwood was one of the best that I have ever had. They placed pacaya mesquite in our master bedroom and walk in closet. Dan is a true artist. His attention to detail was second to none. Phoenix Hardwood was exceptional from start to finish. I recommend them highly.

I've been a Real Estate Agent in the Valley for 14 years and I've dealt with my fair share of contractors during that span, good & bad. In all that time I can count on one hand the number of contractors who were as professional, efficient, cost effective and detail oriented as Vinny and the crew from Royal Wood Flooring. They installed 800 square feet of laminate flooring in my own home, which included removal of existing carpets as well as having to trim the baseboards horizontally so that all was even upon completion. The results were fantastic, the crew worked hard and when they left the only evidence they were even here were my beautiful new floors. Vinny is outstanding, his crew is top notch, and I won't ever hesitate to refer him to anyone in need of wood or laminate floor work.
