No need to look at any other company. Atomic Flooring is the best. They installed over 2,200 Coretec Luxuty Vinyl Flooring on my first floor and stairs plus installed new baseboards. From start to finish, the project went amazing. Jon, the Sales Rep, Adam the owner and his install team are incredible.

The Flooring Professionals deserve their name. Expertise mixed with incredible customer service and the experience to problem solve gave us great results. Would HIGHLY recommend them over any /all other dustfree companies. Details matter. Prep work is key. Rob's leveling service was superior to the competitors. We couldn't wait for the installation portion of the hardwood. We've received such better service than the other companies that we had to rave about them now.

Horrible and dishonest

My experience with MicMar wasn't as good. Started to plan my floor project and demo with them a few months ago. Spent a lot of time and many trips to their office for picking up samples to get the exact floor that we wanted and finally a few months later we were ready to get started. In the meantime we went thru 2 floor estimators (the first one was let go and the 2nd one left the company for medical reasons) and the 3rd estimator was about to cash in on all the hard work that was done by the previous estimator until I was told that he will do me a favor and honor the price that I was giving on the floor a few months ago because the material prices went up since. So just to be clear with his statement I specifically asked him on what he is referring to. Labor prices? Internal material prices? Manufacturer prices? His response was that they are charging me less for labor and the manufacturer increased the prices on the floors we picked out. The only thing he was not aware of is that I spoke directly to the manufacturer prior and specifically asked the regional representative if they increased any pricing on this specific flooring that we picked. His answer was no. When confronting the situation and flat out calling the estimator out on his lie in a chain of emails and I also had the owner Mike copied on the email. I got an answer from the owner right away to apologize for the misunderstanding and asked me how he can help. When I replied and asked him not to insult me with a misunderstanding statement since everything is in black and white on the email chain and challenge him to explain what I misunderstood. He went silent and received an email days later from another person that work there that she is trying to explain that their buying power is not as much and they're a small shop. According to the regional representative they did not increase any prices so I'm not sure where that is coming from.
Bottom line is if you want to get your floors or any demolition done by an honest company that don't lie to try to make a sale look elsewhere. I will NOT recommend them to any of my friends and family and I hope you do the same.
I do understand that they do have to make a profit but try to be honest and don't lie to your customers that are spending a lot of money. Also if they just admit to the lie since everything was documented in an email chain maybe I would have gave them another chance.

Purchased our engineered hardwood flooring from a local retailer and received a quote from their referred installer. I also did my research on a few other installers and came across Rachel at Urban Flooring and I am glad I did. Rachel was not only timely in her response to my inquiry, but she also provided me a quote that was significantly lower than the referred installer and her crew did an excellent job on installing the flooring. I highly recommend Rachel and Urban Flooring for all your flooring needs.

Mark came out and gave me a very competitive quote. I agreed and we got started. His installer, Daniel, came out and installed the hardwood flooring. He did a very professional and clean job; even working on Sunday to finish the job for me. Daniel made it a priority to come out and do some touch ups after the job was finished. This company has gone above and beyond for me and I will recommend them to everyone! Thanks Guys!

Our wood floor install went very quick and the end result was just what we wanted. This is the 5th time using Vinny and Royal Wood Flooring and each time the finished product has been great.
