Rob and his crew are amazing! We had our tile removed today and it's exactly as stated: left cleaner than when they found it! The quote was easy to understand and fair. Communication was excellent. While the work was being done, we were alerted to a few issues. Best part - they offered solutions! I knew we'd have problems but having some options really helped relieve stress! After the tile was gone and floors were being cleaned up, they were even cleaning things that were not affected by the work being done - thresholds, light fixtures, etc. Really went above and beyond! We highly recommend Rob and his group at Flooring Professionals!

As part of a major remodel of our home in Sun City West, we replaced 1,400 square feet of tile and carpet flooring with beautiful engineered hardwood purchased from Arizona Hardwood Floor Supply. Throughout the purchasing process, Sales Manager Tim was very easy to work with, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He was always responsive to our questions or concerns and provided excellent advice. Ratko did an outstanding job installing the floor and baseboards, and they look gorgeous. I had first chosen Express Floors after attending the Arizona Home and Garden Show out at Cardinal Stadium. After doing further research I had concerns with all the complaints Express Flooring had on the BBB website. I made some calls had other contractors come out and after meeting Heath and discussing what we wanted to do we decided and felt more comfortable using AAA Hardwood.

Helping me avoid distraction by shining objects they guided my selections to please my own design sense and optimizing the value of my home. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. As a painting contractor, I referred Desert Coatings to one of my favorite General Contractors for a difficult car-wash epoxy application. If you can imagine the abuse those surfaces get, you can also imagine that if shortcuts were made, we would be seeing failure and have to honor stringent warranty contracts.

On shorter notice, out-of-town and in some difficult conditions, they completed on time for the mechanical installers, and trouble free. My client was very pleased, and that pleases me.

I really do not compare pricing as I believe the value is in the service and quality of product. That is the only reason I can not comment on price. As a contractor myself, I know that folks who shop on price alone... will likely learn their lesson soon enough.
