Best Hardwood Floor Restoration in Phoenix AZ

From start to finish, AZ Floors was very attentive, helpful and verified the job was done right. Dave Whitermore was fantastic! This is the 3rd time I have used them and have always been pleased.

I can’t say enough good things about James, Terry, Chris and this company. They just wrapped a ten-location flooring project for one of our customers in the Phoenix Area and throughout the whole process, they maintained excellent communication in relaying project progress, details and completion photos to us at our offices here in Ohio. They even handled the logistics for us regarding the placement and relocating of the refrigeration trucks needed for perishables to be stored while the restaurant coolers were getting their new floors. They worked with us and our customer to schedule and complete these jobs at a time and in a manner that was the least disruptive to our customer’s business so I would highly recommend them for any flooring job needed and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Very happy how the wood was laid and installed. Everything came out flawless and makes the home flow with good energy.

It pains me to leave a less than stellar review, but unfortunately the work performed by Heath @ Urban Customs will require us hire another company to finish the job he finished. We hired Urban Customs to resurface and patch our existing bamboo floors, but in the end the result of their work was subpar. After they completed their work we were left with the following issues:

- a floor with gaps between the planks
- floating planks that are noisy. In spots you an actually watch the plank move/ give way with any amount of pressure. This movement has caused further damage to adjacent planks, causing those to split and crack. *Our floors were not creaky prior to this project*
- tubes of filler (that were mismatched to our flooring) and we didn't know how to use. We were told we could use it to fill any major gaps.

These issues and others were brought up multiple times to both Heath and Rachel. Instead of addressing and fixing the issues we were met with a list of reasons and excuses as to why they would not or could not fix and finish our floors. We were also told how their work and the end result was completely acceptable.

As small business owners we wanted to support a fellow small business, but when it comes to flooring I would not recommend this company to anyone. They lack attention to detail and leave projects unfinished.

Matthew and Peter did a great job. They worked hard to make sure our lives were disrupted as little as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

These guys are top notch professionals! I have worked with them in the past on multiple projects and they have always delivered. Simon in particular is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. When it comes to project execution Simon is an absolute master. I will contract these guys again for future projects. Highly recommend!

We had a large area of hard wood floor that was damaged by moisture and termites. Daniel came in and removed the damaged wood and reinstalled the new hardwood floor. His work is flawless!!! I was absolutely blown away by his attention to detail and his meticulous work!! The area looks perfect and even looks better than when we first installed it. Daniel is very personable and pleasant to work with, he showed up on time every day and was very responsive to texts and phone calls. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family. Tony and his team did our first floor tile and we are so impressed! Working with him was great, he was easy to communicate with, quick response to any questions we had. There’s no other name in my mind when someone asks me for recommendation of flooring services. It has been and will always be Arizona Hardwood Floor. After my home renovation, studio is the next place to get that instant wow-factor.

Very good during the quoting and scheduling phase. Kept in touch and worked us in to meet our schedule. Crew showed up right on time. Very pleasant and efficient. When they say dust free they mean dust free. House was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Floor of the whole house was tile ready, all in one day.. They removed about 560 s.f. of tile and used grinders to clean and profile another 1,040 s.f.

I have needed flooring services for multiple projects throughout my and my relatives house. After the first project and working with both Victor and Mario, they became our go to vendor for flooring. The hard work, expertise, and dedication they put in when starting a project is absolutely incredible!

I had submitted an inquiry online because I am interested in replacing the flooring in my home and have no idea what the cost is, not even generally. It was my hope to have someone give me a ballpark and then come to my home for a quote. Tom Alan responded and left a voicemail. When I called him back he was unprofessional and dismissive and - it seemed - bothered by the call. First impression is critical for any business. Lost sale.
