Best Exterior Painting in Phoenix AZ

I contacted First Class Coatings on April 26th, Eric the owner was arriving at a job but took time to explain what his company provided and the entire process. He told me to do my diligence in screening other companies before making a decision. I spoke to a few other companies, but their prices weren't even coming close to what First Class Coatings offered. Later that evening I contacted Eric again to let him know I would like to move forward. He mentioned that he was working on a large 8000+ sq ft project. I thought to myself, this is his scapegoat to push my project to the bottom of his schedule and ultimately forget about it.

Eric wasn't able to come out and physically look at my garage floor. He asked me to take some pictures of it. I sent them over and he tells me that my floor doesn't look like it's in the ideal condition (house was built in 2015, added a 10x4 ft step pad to the house entrance). Again, I start thinking to myself now he going to up charge me. He assured me that he would do everything he could on his end to not increase the price we had talked about. He took the weekend to arrange his schedule for the next week. We spoke on Tuesday 5/2 and he said he could have his crew out on Friday. I told him that probably wouldn't work since we were having my son's first birthday party at our house on Sunday. He asked me if I was comfortable (cleaning out the garage) to start on Wednesday. Took me a couple hours to get the garage cleared, but we were ready to go.

The crew showed up on time and got right to work. Each of them were extremely knowledgeable with all my questions. They had to use some TLC on the step pad surfaces, patching and grinding them. They notified my wife when they finished that day and said they would be back early Thursday to complete the work. They finished applying the final coat as well as touching up the baseboards. I receive the invoice and was expecting additional charges for the extra work that was needed. There were no additional charges, like Eric said he covered the additional labor and materials. Needless to say I'm extremely glad I went with First Class Coatings from start to finish.

I had done my research, and I found Home Solutionz - Scottsdale to be the only choice for me. Their staff were wonderful. Their knowledge and service made it an absolute delight, we love our new flooring

As a contractor I found Home Solutionz - Phoenix to have comparatively better pricing for the materials I was looking for above the competition. They did offer a trade discount so perhaps thats what contributed greatly to my moving forwards. Love the service, Job well done!

As a painting contractor, I referred Desert Coatings to one of my favorite General Contractors for a difficult car-wash epoxy application. If you can imagine the abuse those surfaces get, you can also imagine that if shortcuts were made, we would be seeing failure and have to honor stringent warranty contracts.

On shorter notice, out-of-town and in some difficult conditions, they completed on time for the mechanical installers, and trouble free. My client was very pleased, and that pleases me.

I really do not compare pricing as I believe the value is in the service and quality of product. That is the only reason I can not comment on price. As a contractor myself, I know that folks who shop on price alone... will likely learn their lesson soon enough.

We were looking to have our spare tub enclosure overhauled and I reached out to 6 different companies. Only 3 bothered to respond, and only Home Solutionz actually came to the house and provided an itemized estimate. I received a call from Charles, I found him to be extremely polite, professional and thorough. Not only did he explain their process, but he also sent information about the company and a questionnaire to complete so they had details about what I was looking to have done.

Jon came out and completed an estimate for me on site and reviewed it with me line by line. We discussed materials and options. The estimate was lower than one other company by half, another company by over a third. I should mention the other two companies did not follow up with me when they said they would, and along with their rather pricy quotes, I had doubts about their professionalism.

I scheduled the work to be completed, and Jasmin showed up a bit early and worked like crazy. He did an amazing job, he was very fast and very thorough, exceeding the expected completion date.

Overall I am completely impressed with everyone I interacted with at Home Solutionz and I would highly recommend them. The quality, professionalism, friendliness and adherence to their promises was perfect. Thank you!

Jose was great from start to finish.. There were some spots where the adhesive needed to dry and he allowed me to hold the final payment until satisfied.. I highly recommend using them!!!

I had a front entrance door that was rubbing against the door frame. The craftsman that came out was very friendly and said that he would replace a screw in the top hinge . He first tried a screw that would not go flush against the hinge. He then got two screws from his truck. He then took out another screw from the hinge and replaced two screws . These screws where both different in sizes the longer was close to 2” the other about an inch. It didn’t do much good and he recommended placing another screw into the jam on the latch side . I declined to let him do that. Based on what I observed when he started tightening my screw hinges. He was using a drill and not a screw driver. When I questioned him on this he replied that it would not strip out the screws . After he left I checked the screws he replaced and they are all stripped. They will not tighten at all. The screws had no issues before this and they all would tighten. Now I have stripped out screws and my door is still now adjusted correctly.

In response to the reply from this contractor: The reason there wasn’t a charge is because I had called to have you come out a couple of weeks ago and nobody showed up or called. So when I called the office they told me that the manager had failed to put me on the schedule in the computer. So no it wasn’t a courtesy.

When we spoke yesterday you said you could send Jay back out but on one else due to my vicinity. You also stated there would be a charge . I will be moving forward with a complaint to the BBB and the registrar of contractors . I had a reputable door company come out today and confirmed that the screws to the door hinges have become stripped out due to your service tech that came out yesterday.

Had different typed, which a lot of them don't.
