Eric's team - Albert, Paco and Jesus worked us into their schedule and the finished product was better than I expected since the concrete was not in great shape. Eric was very responsive and provided us with an honest opinion on what needed to be done to get the best results. I highly recommend them and would go with First Class Coatings again.

My wife and I own a home in Ahwatukee and we've seen many neighbors who's garage floors we're epoxied by Will and his team. We've always admired the way they looked. We reached out and inquired about an unusual project, not knowing if they did this type of work. We have a large, deep water feature in our courtyard and we needed it cleaned and epoxied. Will and his team showed up later in the afternoon, after working all day at another job. They brought lights and ended up working into the early evening. They nailed the job and the water feature looks better then ever. Strong work ethic, great communication and very fair price. We're looking forward to having our garage done.

Guardian garage floors was incredible. They showed up 20 minutes early and got right to work. They were professional, enthusiastic and kind. I have recommended them to all my friends and family!!

We called Sun Valley Floor Specialists to complete a concrete overlay but they tackled a number of additional jobs including kitchen/bathroom demo, shower tiling, drywall repair/design. Edgar has coordinated 6+ months of various projects for us and always stands behind his team's work. Good people, recommend for more than floors if you want a single vendor you can trust.

Had different typed, which a lot of them don't.

We had our floors done when we first moved in and they looked great. The issue is when your floor settles and there are chips/cracks. I have had an awful time trying to get any response or an appointment even to fix my floors. It looks horrible with a chip right in the hallway and we are trying to sell our home. The customer service is very poor. I am still waiting with no actions after several weeks. I would not recommend them at this time. It is unfortunate as they have a nice product.

Very friendly and responsive to questions, great prices, and plenty of cabinet options. Quick turnaround, they were able to install the same week I contacted them. Install took about 2 hours for a 12 foot section.
