Best Epoxy Garage Floor Coatings in Phoenix AZ

I contacted three companies to quote to epoxy my 2-car garage floor - they were the most professional and explained everything and David who did the quote was super patient and also showed me how to fix other things in my garage to get the best outcome - he helped me with things that had nothing to do with what they sold! Then when he told me the price he was nearly half the price of one and 2/3s the price of the other company - so I gave them the job! When it came time to do the work - they came when they said they would - the team were very professional and kind. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the people. We called Sun Valley Floor Specialists to complete a concrete overlay but they tackled a number of additional jobs including kitchen/bathroom demo, shower tiling, drywall repair/design. Edgar has coordinated 6+ months of various projects for us and always stands behind his team's work. Good people, recommend for more than floors if you want a single vendor you can trust.

I would give this company a negative star if I could. They did my garage floor, small 20X20, and less than one year after the application it started to show flaws in the sealer. They told me that it had too much shark bite, so they resealed a 10X20 section and wanted to charge me $500 to do the other section, I said no, because my warranty is for 15 years and at that time it had only been one year. Shortly after that the section they resealed started to peel. I contacted Brian S. in Arizona, whose name is on my warranty paper. After 2 years of emails, photos and phone calls, trying to get them to fix it, he simply stopped answering me. I took him to small claims court. A certified letter from the court was mailed to him which he ignored. He knew what it was and refused the letter.

They have lost many jobs in my neighborhood because of the way my floor looks and absolutely no one new asks for any Slide Lok information.

I would warn anyone who wants to hire this company to be aware of their policies, because they will not back their product or their warranty, and their lack of customer service is terrible. I attached a couple of photos of my floor and these are only a part of the problem.

UPDATE - June 10, 2020. Robert from Smart Systems Plus responded to my review and scheduled time to come out and look at the cabinets. He immediately scheduled the repairs and completed them per the schedule we discussed. He gave me his direct line and all is fixed and he promised quality service moving forward. MUCH APPRECIATED Robert.I purchased garage cabinets in July of 2018 and was very happy when they installed my cabinets. On October 18th I notified them that the laminate was peeling off on 3 of the doors. After multiple emails and voicemails they finally fixed the doors in January 2019. UNACCEPTABLE Then on April 13th of 2020 I noticed another door peeling back. Sent an email on that day and now it is May 26th and after multiple voicemails and emails still no response. On my last 3 voicemails and emails I told them I would regret writing reviews but still no response. This company obviously only cares about future customers, not customers that need support. I would recommend NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

My crew: Luke, Chase and Fernando arrived right on time and got straight to work. They explained the process of coating my garage floor very clearly and completely. They were polite, responsive and clean-cut. They finished early! The floor looks amazing. I almost hate to park my car in there now!

Very friendly and responsive to questions, great prices, and plenty of cabinet options. Quick turnaround, they were able to install the same week I contacted them. Install took about 2 hours for a 12 foot section.
