Very professional, prompt, and focused on doing quality work. They were very clean, and paid careful attention to make sure the surrounding areas were covered. They made the entire tiling experience easy and stress free!

It was a great experience from start to finish. The workmanship of the glass tile backsplash is perfect. Ali came by to sign off on the project as well. I will be calling them in the future for other projects.

John is OUTSTANDING! He was so helpful from the day we walked in. We did both hardwood and carpet through European design flooring. The wood selection was far better than anywhere I had been before. My husband and I searched high and low for floors and we were able to find perfect wood floors here. Daniel was very professional from the moment I contacted him. He promptly returned my calls and was on time for appointments. His price was very fair, (more than) and he is a master at his craft! I was very nervous at first not ever having had a laminate floor installed, but Daniel did an absolutely fabulous job! The floor looks amazing. He was able to use every piece of material with little waste, and we were actually able to return some of the material which saved us even more money! I wish I could give Jim a better score, unfortunately when it was all said and done we paid a lot of money for a mediocre job. We asked for a repair for some water damage and the damaged parts were not replaced, only about a quarter of the wood I thought he was going to replace actually got replaced. He also picked the wrong color stain and his main employee tried to tell us it was the right color stain but it obviously wasn't. We put our foot down and they finally agreed to resand and restrain it. They then put down one coat of a semi gloss finish on the whole floor and it looked excellent but the following day they returned and put the 2nd coat on, this time, for some odd reason, they put a matte finish. We assumed it would dry shiner like the first coat so we paid them and they left. The next day we realized it was a different finish and you can now see obvious streaks of semi gloss under the matte finish. Not to mention the matte finish makes our once beautiful wood floors now look dull and you can see every spot and mark. Not the experience I expected when I read the reviews and saw the quoted price. Jim is very sweet but the work is no where near the quality you would expect for the very premium price. I could have replaced all of our floors for what it will cost to get the finish corrected and for what he charged to replace about 12 square inches of wood.

My complex uses this company to replace carpets in the units. They showed up a day early unannounced, left before I could get home from work, and never came back on the day they were scheduled. We were scheduled for them to come on a weekend and when we called they said they are closed. This company is very unprofessional and inconvenient.

What a great job! Cosmin does beautiful work. I had rectangular glass tile installed on the wall in my bathroom with lots of small areas and corners.. not easy, and he made it look perfect. The price was good too, they beat all the previous quotes I had received. I would definitely recommend, great job at a reasonable price.
