We had hardwood floors installed in 3 bedrooms and our master bath remodeled. We couldn't be happier with the work and the service. Marin was great in coordinating all the trades and kept the project right on schedule. Rado did the demo of the bath and the complete design and tiling of a new shower and flooring. The workmanship by Rado was tremendous. We are so happy we chose European Design Flooring for this project and their prices were the best we found.

I met Daniel a few years ago when he repaired a problem in the floor of our house which we were selling. He came to our house on a Sunday because we needed the help quickly. We hired him to install a wood floor in our new home and he was a great help. He warned us against with the wood we had chosen. It was too thin not of great quality. He found us a thicker and better product for less money. He completed our job quickly and professionally. He did a great job. He is very personable and was a pleasure to have him in our home. I called this company looking for help to clean residue off laminate floors in a huose we’d just purchased. I spoke to Frank and he was beyond helpful with his advice & suggestions. I even contacted him later with follow up questions. The level of service, just over the phone, was so impressive that I would definitley look into this company for any future flooring needs we have.

They installed laminate flooring throughout the house. Did an excellent job, showed up when they promised they would, and cleaned up after the work. Everybody was courteous and pleasant to deal with. Great company.

This is not the least expensive way to go but well worth it if you want your tile removed quickly, efficiently and CLEAN!!!

My Residential flooring contractor was very meticulous and made sure the job was done correctly. He took the time to ensure that the floor was level and properly fitted, and that all the edges were flawless. I'm quite happy with the outcome because the final product was exactly what I desired.

My complex uses this company to replace carpets in the units. They showed up a day early unannounced, left before I could get home from work, and never came back on the day they were scheduled. We were scheduled for them to come on a weekend and when we called they said they are closed. This company is very unprofessional and inconvenient.

I wish I could give Jim a better score, unfortunately when it was all said and done we paid a lot of money for a mediocre job. We asked for a repair for some water damage and the damaged parts were not replaced, only about a quarter of the wood I thought he was going to replace actually got replaced. He also picked the wrong color stain and his main employee tried to tell us it was the right color stain but it obviously wasn't. We put our foot down and they finally agreed to resand and restrain it. They then put down one coat of a semi gloss finish on the whole floor and it looked excellent but the following day they returned and put the 2nd coat on, this time, for some odd reason, they put a matte finish. We assumed it would dry shiner like the first coat so we paid them and they left. The next day we realized it was a different finish and you can now see obvious streaks of semi gloss under the matte finish. Not to mention the matte finish makes our once beautiful wood floors now look dull and you can see every spot and mark. Not the experience I expected when I read the reviews and saw the quoted price. Jim is very sweet but the work is no where near the quality you would expect for the very premium price. I could have replaced all of our floors for what it will cost to get the finish corrected and for what he charged to replace about 12 square inches of wood.
