Best Design Plan in Phoenix AZ

Adam and his team are nothing short of AHHHMAZING!!!! My husband gave them an impossible timeline (or so I thought) and they not only completed the job within the asked time frame but they exceeded our expectations! Our new floors, drywall repair, paint, etc. was done top notch and looks fantastic! I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a professional, reliable, responsible company! I’m obsessed with my floors thanks to Adam!!

Working with David was great. He did a fantastic job meeting our needs and provided pricing better than anywhere else in Arizona. Product was available quickly and David gave us exceptional support throughout the evaluation, purchase and pick up process

Alan installed subway tile to compliment the new countertops in our kitchen. He arrived early and worked for 12 hours non stop. After a long day and a perfect installation, Alan cleaned up meticulously leaving the kitchen looking pristine. Thank you Alan for such a great job.

We had a very pleasant experience working with Heath and Rachel. We ran into problems with the floor vendor early on, but Heath took charge and dealt with the company while also facilitating an order from a new company. We also discovered asbestos in two of the bedrooms. Heath worked with a company to come out quickly and cost effectively to remove it. Despite the installation process taking longer than expected due to outside factors, Urban Customs was reliable and we couldn't be happier with the look and layout of our new floors.

This company refuses to refund it’s customers unless they sign a contract saying they won’t put up any negative reviews. So I am putting this up for a friend who cannot. They were charged ($3000!) for a product that was not even used in their house. If you look also the majority of the 5 star reviews are obviously fake (all starting with the name of the company) and the lower star reviews detail similar problems as the one my friend experienced. Stay away from this company.

Renovation and Design Concepts transformed my dated and unattractive kitchen into a beautiful, contemporary and functional heart-of-the-home. The RDC Gals worked with me at every strategic point. They designed a new countertop layout to include a functional eat-in bar. They showed me dozens of options for countertops and backsplashes. Helping me avoid distraction by shining objects they guided my selections to please my own design sense and optimizing the value of my home. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. From the quality of the workmanship to their keen eye for finishing touches, Renovation and Design Concepts fully met my expectations for quality, value and aesthetics. Can't wait to do my master bath!

Unbelievably poor workmanship and customer service. Unbelievably poor communication internally and externally. Canceled appointments four days in a row. Tried installing the wrong tile. Installed multiple colors of grout in the same room. Cleaning crews calling me to find out if projects are done because they can’t get a hold of ILG. Tile jobs so poor they’re doing things a third time. Installed a batch of defective tile where we had to replace everything on the first floor. If you’re a home builder, please do not work with ILG. If you’re a home buyer buying a home from a company like Taylor Morrison that works with ILG, be prepared for three years of missed appointments and cracked tile like us.
