Rob and his crew are amazing! We had our tile removed today and it's exactly as stated: left cleaner than when they found it! The quote was easy to understand and fair. Communication was excellent. While the work was being done, we were alerted to a few issues. Best part - they offered solutions! I knew we'd have problems but having some options really helped relieve stress! After the tile was gone and floors were being cleaned up, they were even cleaning things that were not affected by the work being done - thresholds, light fixtures, etc. Really went above and beyond! I really have enjoyed working with Guardian Garage Floors of Phoenix. We had to push out the installation dates a few times because we were also installing garage doors, and Guardian was more than willing to work with us. The 2 men that did the installation were on time, professional, and made our cracked and ugly garage floor look beautiful! I had no idea what a difference this would make! They walked us through the process, told us what to expect, and how long before we can drive our car on the floor (24 hour wait). I can see why everyone rates them 5 out of 5!! The workers who installed the flooring were professional and finished in a timely manner. We went with a grey SPC flooring that has a scratch resistant quartz finish, which also makes cleaning a breeze!

We only had 4 of the bedrooms done- but because of the outstanding professionalism, quality of flooring, and the amazing price point we're already looking into getting the rest of the floors replaced by them as well!

We called Sun Valley Floor Specialists to complete a concrete overlay but they tackled a number of additional jobs including kitchen/bathroom demo, shower tiling, drywall repair/design. Edgar has coordinated 6+ months of various projects for us and always stands behind his team's work. Good people, recommend for more than floors if you want a single vendor you can trust.

We had our floors done when we first moved in and they looked great. The issue is when your floor settles and there are chips/cracks. I have had an awful time trying to get any response or an appointment even to fix my floors. It looks horrible with a chip right in the hallway and we are trying to sell our home. The customer service is very poor. I am still waiting with no actions after several weeks. I would not recommend them at this time. It is unfortunate as they have a nice product.
