Best Bathroom Tile Remodel in Phoenix AZ

We had our tile done by AZ Floors and had major problems with the installation.

We had to beg Robert to fix it. They fought us every step of the way and still only fixed a fraction of the dozens of hollow-spot tiles, despite Robert’s promise to “make it right”. He personally guaranteed we would never have any cracks and offered a “lifetime warranty”.

I called recently to ask them to repair a broken tile and was informed that there's no such thing as a lifetime warranty and was denied help.

Just had a great experience with ABS. The carpet looks beautiful. Great selection, good quality, fair prices superior service. They took great care to come to my house, and guide me to the right products for my situation. They delivered what they promised when they promised in a clean and efficient fashion. Fantastic installer . Highly recommend ABS!

I used Alan’s Flooring to install slate tile flooring and engineered wood in my home, and to replace baseboards. I’m glad I did. Alan is very responsive and meticulous in his work. It all came out looking beautifully. He offered the best value of any of the other contractors who bid on the job. If I had any constructive feedback it would be that the cleanup seemed a bit rushed and could have been a little more thorough. However I would use Alan again and have recommended him to other people.

We love our new shower! Ali was always on-time and his work was great. Would highly recommend!

If you need new flooring you've got to go here. They have a large selection to look through. Doug and Andy will do everything they can to ensure customer service and satisfaction. I've been so impressed with the friendly and professional service. I had bids from all sorts of places, and as soon as Doug started to talk about carpet, I immediately knew this guy was well educated and passionate about flooring. He conveys his knowledge in a way that makes sense and helps the customer make choices that fit their needs and wants. I've learned that the flooring business is competitive, you can buy cheap from big box retailers who care little about you, you can buy expensive from places trying to run up their profits, or you can purchase smart and between the two from Doug and Andy and walk away feeling you did it right. You can't go wrong with these guys, and if a mistake happens, I bet they will go above and beyond to make it right.

The owner, Chris & his son, came out to our house with tile & carpet samples for a free estimate & measurements. The installers, Jorge and Angel, worked diligently and efficiently for 3 days to remove our carpet & install our new vinyl plank flooring! It is beautiful! We were so impressed with the timeliness of it all and felt like we were being given V.I.P. service from start to finish! We highly recommend this company & will definitely use Eagle Flooring West in the future!

This summer monsoons caused water damage to several of our carpeted rooms. We took this opportunity to extend tile throughout the entire level, and from RFP to final inspection signoff, Nick Kolzou consistently validated our choice to go with Toscani Flooring. Nick personally inspected the project daily to assess the (high quality) work, as well as check in with us to ensure we were comfortable. He even took the time to educate us on maintenance of our flooring to ensure we'll get the most life from it. I would not hesitate in the least to use Nick and Toscani for our future tile needs! Tony was very professional during the entire process. He was very knowledgeable, gave a great price for the work that was done, and went above and beyond. I had ordered tile for the entire house even though the job requested was just for my living room. He went and not only picked up the tile that was needed for the living room but also made a couple trips to pick up the rest of the tile that I will be using eventually for the rest of my house. His installer was very efficient and meticulous when it came to the work he did. He stopped by to make sure everything was running smoothly and was up to task when it came to his crew doing the work. I will be having Tony come out and do the rest of the house when the time comes.

When we set out to remodel our master bathroom, we met with several contractors to discuss our vision for our dream shower. When it came time to choose the company that we wanted to work with, there was no doubt in our mind that No Limit Tile was our top choice. Ivan and his team were timely, responsive, and professional. They demonstrated flexibility throughout the duration of the project and guided us through design choices, while providing multiple options for consideration, which resulted in our shower being even more beautiful than we initially dreamed it could be. My experience with MicMar wasn't as good. Started to plan my floor project and demo with them a few months ago. Spent a lot of time and many trips to their office for picking up samples to get the exact floor that we wanted and finally a few months later we were ready to get started. In the meantime we went thru 2 floor estimators (the first one was let go and the 2nd one left the company for medical reasons) and the 3rd estimator was about to cash in on all the hard work that was done by the previous estimator until I was told that he will do me a favor and honor the price that I was giving on the floor a few months ago because the material prices went up since. So just to be clear with his statement I specifically asked him on what he is referring to. Labor prices? Internal material prices? Manufacturer prices? His response was that they are charging me less for labor and the manufacturer increased the prices on the floors we picked out. The only thing he was not aware of is that I spoke directly to the manufacturer prior and specifically asked the regional representative if they increased any pricing on this specific flooring that we picked. His answer was no. When confronting the situation and flat out calling the estimator out on his lie in a chain of emails and I also had the owner Mike copied on the email. I got an answer from the owner right away to apologize for the misunderstanding and asked me how he can help. When I replied and asked him not to insult me with a misunderstanding statement since everything is in black and white on the email chain and challenge him to explain what I misunderstood. He went silent and received an email days later from another person that work there that she is trying to explain that their buying power is not as much and they're a small shop. According to the regional representative they did not increase any prices so I'm not sure where that is coming from.
Bottom line is if you want to get your floors or any demolition done by an honest company that don't lie to try to make a sale look elsewhere. I will NOT recommend them to any of my friends and family and I hope you do the same.
I do understand that they do have to make a profit but try to be honest and don't lie to your customers that are spending a lot of money. Also if they just admit to the lie since everything was documented in an email chain maybe I would have gave them another chance.

We called Sun Valley Floor Specialists to complete a concrete overlay but they tackled a number of additional jobs including kitchen/bathroom demo, shower tiling, drywall repair/design. Edgar has coordinated 6+ months of various projects for us and always stands behind his team's work. Good people, recommend for more than floors if you want a single vendor you can trust.
