Best Bathroom Tile Remodel in Phoenix AZ

I'm still pretty much a newbie first-time homeowner, so finding out my house needed a new roof was shocking and terrifying. Fortunately, my next door neighbors had their roof replaced within the past year, and recommended that I call Jack Core from Phoenix Roofing & Remodeling. I'm so glad I did! He was awesome from beginning to end. First, he talked and texted with me very patiently, offering lots of useful information and answering every one of my questions to help me understand my next steps and options and allay my concerns. He was consistently responsive and his communication was always professional, kind, and helpful. The job was completed on schedule, just as promised, in just two days, and the workmanship appears to be first-rate. I feel extremely fortunate to have stumbled upon this top-notch company just when I needed them. I would recommend Jack Core without hesitation, and hope to have the occasion to use his services again for some other home improvement work.

I feel we were given a rather misleading sales pitch during the estimate and then once the work started we had to followup repeatedly to ask about what they were even doing. The quoted multi-day job would have been done in an hour if my wife hadn't called to ask - and she was was berated over the phone by their field supervisor for doing so (he basically called her stupid for even signing for the job). End result was sloppy at best and I have zero confidence that the issue was even properly fixed.

Received no followup after escalating to the office staff (despite their assurance otherwise). Overall very displeased. Maybe they are great for a brand new roof but don't call for repairs/leaks/small jobs. Their penetration seal is nothing more than caulk and paint...
