We hired Garage Floor Coating to coat and seal our concrete driveway, sidewalks and patio and to seal our nation pavers. We left town the day GFC began the work and returned two days later to a beautifully finished driveway, walks and patio. I knew from others in our neighborhood that this was the right company for us, and GFC didn't let us down. The finished product is beautiful and a great finish to our new home. We heard everyday what the schedule would be the next day, when the crew would arrive and what they would be doing. When we returned, I had some questions about care and maintenance, and all three members of the crew were eager to provide information. When they left, we heard more than once that we should call with any questions or concerns. Today, a week later, I received a follow-up call about our experience and how everything looked. Frankly, it isn't easy to find a reliable provider who will do as they say at the price they say and are prepared to stand fully behind their work. I'm very impressed and can provide an unqualified recommendation to anyone wanted to get their driveway, garage, sidewalks or patio looking new and staying new. Thanks GFC.

I was very stressed trying to find a place to clean, grout and seal my porcelain tile floors. AZ Floor King exceeded my expectations!

Today, Lew came to do plumbing work and a little on dry wall. He was organized, on-time, and did a great job. We've used Handyman Connection many times in the past and always have had a good experience with this organization!

Incredibly disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Porter.

I placed an order for a mantle I was told would be 13 weeks out just before closing on a Saturday, and attempted to cancel the order the following Monday after finding a more reasonably priced option that would deliver in 4 weeks.

I was then told deposits, which was 50% of the total, were non-refundable, which was not communicated during the buying process. Porter then pointed to the invoice, drawing, and receipt, which has the disclaimer in approximately 5 point font buried in a 240 word paragraph, and was signed by me in an approximately 60 second time span on Saturday when the salesperson asked me to sign here, here, and here.

After disputing the charge, but still being required to pay based on the signed invoice, I requested that Porter donate the deposit to charity, since the only other option was a store credit.

At this point, I have not received any proof a charitable donation has been made, nor have I received a credit, and it has been 5 weeks since my donation request.

I am not disagreeing with any point you have made, especially since you have almost reiterated verbatim what I originally posted.

If I had been told verbally there was a non-refundable deposit policy, you would not have heard anything from me. The fact is, you currently have over $500 from me that was provided as a deposit, and I have received nothing from it. Simply provide me a receipt that you made a charitable donation. I do not see how that is an unreasonable request.

I am sure you understand that I do not want you to benefit monetarily based on my experience with your company. I think we can both feel good about helping out a worthy cause.

Divine Installations is a great company to have for any flooring needs. I used them for laminate floor throughout me house. And when it came time, they did the baseboards too. Very friendly and professional. Courteous and clean.
