Experiance was good till i had to return 4 bx of the 12 that I purchased because I didnt know how much I needed.
Salesman told me it was the last of the pile and so I got a little more thinking that if I didnt I may not have enuf to finish my floor. He said it was an odd lot item and that was it. I came back two days later to return the 4 boxes I didnt need and another rep told me I coudn't return because it was an odd lot item. hmmm frustration and disapontnent set in. after explaining that it wasnt much and no one told me I couldnt return them and I never get a printed sales recite he luckily gave me the refund for the unopened 4 boxes. Won’t be going back here anytime soon.
On another note, this flooring is tough to put in. I have an older flooring I took out and put back in and it will last many years. It’s already 10-15 years old. Tong and Gru. It was easy. Well the flooring I bought from lumber liquidators was very difficult and the connectors were pealing pieces of wood making it harder for a good connection. I am fearful of taking apart and relay this flooring as it will be impossible to lay again. Needles to say the flooring from this place and it may be flooring today is just cheap and made to replace after a few years. Glad I kept my old flooring!!
In conclusion is you may encounter difficulties with this place and hopefully they will have better customer service both when purchasing floor and with returning floor.......

Tony replaced four interior doors for us that a previous contractor had done a terrible job installing. Tony was on time and did an excellent job on installing the doors, despite some product flaws he encountered during installation. Our doors look fantastic!
