UPDATE - June 10, 2020. Robert from Smart Systems Plus responded to my review and scheduled time to come out and look at the cabinets. He immediately scheduled the repairs and completed them per the schedule we discussed. He gave me his direct line and all is fixed and he promised quality service moving forward. MUCH APPRECIATED Robert.I purchased garage cabinets in July of 2018 and was very happy when they installed my cabinets. On October 18th I notified them that the laminate was peeling off on 3 of the doors. After multiple emails and voicemails they finally fixed the doors in January 2019. UNACCEPTABLE Then on April 13th of 2020 I noticed another door peeling back. Sent an email on that day and now it is May 26th and after multiple voicemails and emails still no response. On my last 3 voicemails and emails I told them I would regret writing reviews but still no response. This company obviously only cares about future customers, not customers that need support. I would recommend NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I could not be happier with our new floors!! PHX Floors & More did an amazing job removing our disgusting 12 year old carpet and putting in beautiful luxury vinyl! Sean and the guys were awesome from estimate to finish. They were efficient and friendly, on time, and professional. Tony was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect floor within our budget. Mario, Victor, and Sean all worked really hard moving furniture, ripping out nasty carpet and getting the new floors installed in just a couple of days. Love, love, love how they turned out, highly recommend ???

I got my Tile & Grout cleaned yesterday by Arizona Carpet and Tile. This was my first time ever doing this let alone working with this company. I'm so glad I picked them though. The manager Jeremiah I spoke to on the phone was very nice and easy to schedule my appointment. I just moved into a house and hadn't received my furniture yet so they really went out of there way to squeeze me in the same day I called. I am very happy with the service they provided. John was the gentleman that cleaned my tile and was also very nice and really explained to me the process of what he was doing since I hadn't done it before.

Not to mention my tile & grout now look AMAZING!!! I had a very weird film on my tile when I moved in and now it is all gone and my tile is nice and pretty : ) who knew my grout was originally almost white!

I am already using them again in a few days for my carpets and know I wont be disappointed.

What a great experience from start to finish for our garage cabinets. Spent so much time with me getting the perfect dimensions, colors, and cabinets for our garage. Everything came out better than I expected, as promised, installed and a great price!
