My wife and I decided to get new flooring just before our baby is due. Traci was incredible from the beginning. She helped go through all our options and made sure the option we picked could be in in time and installed before our baby is born. The whole process was seamless and Ahwatukee Carpets came in less expensive than other competitors as well. Our new laminate floors are in and we love them so much. Cannot thank Traci and Ahwatukee Carpets enough!

Ahwatukee Carpets owner Traci recently helped my older friend Harry replace most of the carpet in his house. The experience was great from start to finish! We were able to bring a sample board home to try and match the color of the one room that was not being replaced. Then we went back and met with Traci and finalized the color and grade of carpet. The sample board we had included two different grades of carpet, and Traci, since she had come out and measured, told us even the less expensive carpet would be more plush than the one room we were matching. We really appreciated her honesty in not pushing us to the more expensive grade when we didn't need it. She also helped us refine our color choice when onsite at the house. The carpet came in more quickly than originally estimated and was installed by a crew who were very polite, professional and thorough. And guess what? Traci was exactly right! The new carpet IS more plush than the non-replaced room, and the color matches perfectly. Harry loves his new carpet (and I do too). Thank you for everything, Traci and Ahwatukee Carpets!

Installers showed up right on time and were extremely professional and knowledgeable. The carpet was subtly directional and needed to be installed in a very particular way. The installers displayed the carpet each way so that I could get a feel for the room. Also, the installers took their time to match the seams for a perfect install. No rush whatsoever. This is as good as it gets. Locally owned business, you work with the owner (Traci), top shelf installers and competitive pricing. The showroom is a luxurious display of Ahwatukee Carpets' offerings. You absolutely won't be disappointed.

I had a carpet installed about 2 1/2 years ago in my 4 upstairs rooms. This summer the carpet started buckling. Ahwatukee Carpets stood behind product and workmanship. A crew of 3 men came to my home and restretched all 4 rooms. They were careful and thorough. I was impressed by their workmanship and am truly pleased that this company cared enough to honor their warranty. I highly recommend doing business with this local, honest and stand-up business.

Traci is fantastic! You can tell she loves what she does by the way she interacts with her customers. Family owned and operated that has been in the valley for years! Installers are trustworthy and focus on top quality work. Ahwatukee is blessed to have a great local flooring, cabinetry, countertops & custom tile install company!

BUYER BEWARE the installation labor guarantee is only 2 years. My carpets in all rooms became loose. One of the rooms is barely used. I was told the extreme weather was to blame. I've lived in many places for long periods and never experienced loose carpeting.???

The owner is a manipulative phony piece of work. Working with them was a nightmare that I don’t wish upon anyone.
