From start to finish, AZ Floors was very attentive, helpful and verified the job was done right. Dave Whitermore was fantastic! This is the 3rd time I have used them and have always been pleased.

Incredible customer service and ever better quality of work. We had them rip up our kitchen and laundry flooring and install porcelain tiles throughout. It is stunning! They were on time, kept everything clean and were very professional. Just an all around wonderful experience. To top it off, my 3 year old son was so inquisitive and they let him help take out a few of the tile seperaters. It made his day and was beyond kind. We will always use this company.

AK Brands is a fantastic company. Ali and his team did such a great job tiling our entire house two years ago and we liked them so much that we hired them to do our master bath remodel. We couldn’t be happier. The room looks fantastic and it was done on time. As with all remodels there were some issues but Ali and Tony took them in stride and did a wonderful job.

Could not have asked for a faster, easier or more gorgeous bathroom remodel. We heard about Nick and his team from a friend, and we had the same great experience that they did. We should have done this years ago.

We have used Hernan’s Custom Tile and Stone several times in the past 6 years. We have had tile flooring installed as well as counter-to-ceiling kitchen backsplash, bathroom tile repair, and a floor-to-ceiling layered stone living room wall. All projects are beautifully done. Hernan and his crew are professional, friendly, and pay a great deal of attention to quality detail work. We always call Hernan for our tile and stonework needs.

This company refuses to refund it’s customers unless they sign a contract saying they won’t put up any negative reviews. So I am putting this up for a friend who cannot. They were charged ($3000!) for a product that was not even used in their house. If you look also the majority of the 5 star reviews are obviously fake (all starting with the name of the company) and the lower star reviews detail similar problems as the one my friend experienced. Stay away from this company.

My experience with MicMar wasn't as good. Started to plan my floor project and demo with them a few months ago. Spent a lot of time and many trips to their office for picking up samples to get the exact floor that we wanted and finally a few months later we were ready to get started. In the meantime we went thru 2 floor estimators (the first one was let go and the 2nd one left the company for medical reasons) and the 3rd estimator was about to cash in on all the hard work that was done by the previous estimator until I was told that he will do me a favor and honor the price that I was giving on the floor a few months ago because the material prices went up since. So just to be clear with his statement I specifically asked him on what he is referring to. Labor prices? Internal material prices? Manufacturer prices? His response was that they are charging me less for labor and the manufacturer increased the prices on the floors we picked out. The only thing he was not aware of is that I spoke directly to the manufacturer prior and specifically asked the regional representative if they increased any pricing on this specific flooring that we picked. His answer was no. When confronting the situation and flat out calling the estimator out on his lie in a chain of emails and I also had the owner Mike copied on the email. I got an answer from the owner right away to apologize for the misunderstanding and asked me how he can help. When I replied and asked him not to insult me with a misunderstanding statement since everything is in black and white on the email chain and challenge him to explain what I misunderstood. He went silent and received an email days later from another person that work there that she is trying to explain that their buying power is not as much and they're a small shop. According to the regional representative they did not increase any prices so I'm not sure where that is coming from.
Bottom line is if you want to get your floors or any demolition done by an honest company that don't lie to try to make a sale look elsewhere. I will NOT recommend them to any of my friends and family and I hope you do the same.
I do understand that they do have to make a profit but try to be honest and don't lie to your customers that are spending a lot of money. Also if they just admit to the lie since everything was documented in an email chain maybe I would have gave them another chance.

I contacted Phoenix Floors and spoke to Victor and Mario for my house flooring project and honestly I am super excited to have these guys do the install. Obviously I shopped around and called many places but when I called this company I was very satisfied with their price and products. I was quoted a Labor Day sale of $743. The sales rep never called me back so I called them and talked to a different sales rep who is now quoting me $1600 for the same exact pantry. Seems like a bait and switch and not happy with the sales experience. They will not honor the sale price.

Had different typed, which a lot of them don't.
