Best Swimming Pool Design And Build in Phoenix AZ

We just had the second phase of a commercial pool fence project completed at Paradise RV. We needed to relocate our pool fence and gates to make it easier for our residents and guests to move around the complex, which is especially important for an age qualified community. The end result is great. I knew relocating the fence would have a great impact but the real plus is that the new fence added such a rich touch to the pool area. You typically think of this type of fence as something you have to deal with but it really enhanced the look of our pool and spa area. And they finished the work in about two days. Nicely Done! Absolutely horrible service! I had to cancel my order and it took over a month to get final confirmation from someone that it had been handled. Everyone was waiting for someone else to find out and they never called back when they said they would. Then they mailed the refund check to the wrong address and accepted zero responsibility for it and charged me $31 to get a new check sent to me! On top of that, when I went to pick up the check there was a mystery charge for $150 for custom materials and taxes paid. So I was charged for something I didn't receive! Of course, they didn't tell me that when we were on the phone so it was a surprise when I got to their office.

They also asked me to go to the house (with the wrong address) and ask for the check back! REALLY??? You make the mistake and ask me to go to a stranger's house to retrieve it???? I can't even make this stuff up! If I could rank ZERO or LESS I would. Will NEVER use them when we purchase our home and will spend years letting everyone know how they are.

Well after some of those storms it finally did my fence in and my insurance company told me to get 3 bids to replace it. Arizona Fence came in the middle for estimates and my insurance company would only pay me the least priced bid. Mike was able to match the price and installed a real nice
fence. Thanks so much..

This company has poor customer service. Made my initial call and spoke to their estimator, but never received the quote. I've called 4 different times to request this information and never got any calls returned. Wasted too much time with this company for a job that could of been completed already.

Called twice to get a price, left messages, no call back. Great service...lol
